Chapter 13

* Lizzie's pov*

Matt and I are in the back yard

I'm a bit drunk but I'm still sober enough to know what's going on.

I told Matt I wanted to play football with him , he said he didn't want to hurt me.... Ok .

" ready?" Matt says with a smirk

" I was born ready espinosa" I say giving a smirk back

I really don't know how to play football but oh we'll

Matt placed the football in the middle of the yard .

"Who ever runs to it first and gets it into there touch down area wins" Matt explained

" seems easy enough " I say

Matt stars to count down .

" 5.....4.....3.....2....1"

I was closer to the ball than Matt was.

Before I picked up the ball Matt picked me up and through me over his shoulder

" I was so close to the ball " I say

" that's what you think. I let you think your were gonna get the ball before me" matt says

" that's not even cool" I say as he sets me down .

I walk over to the patio and sit down

Matt sits next to me.

We're sitting here looking up at the stars.

Being with Matt is the most Amazing feeling ever .

I don't know what it would be like with out him.

It's 12 people are staring to leave

Me and Matt walk inside .

" I'll be right back" Matt says

I start to clean up cups and other messes .

As I'm walking over to the sink to put cups away Matt grabs my arm and pulls me away

" Matt, i need to clean this mess up!" I aha hiccuping every other two words

" we'll do it in the morning! "

" I'll be to lazy! I wanna do it to get it out of the way"

" ok, fine be that way" Matt says

We both stood there for a split second .

Matt picked me up bridal style .

" you weren't gonna win that argument"

I give him a mean look.

" oh lighten up Lizzie"

" fine "

Matt sets me down and we walk up the stairs hand in hand.

Before we got to matts bedroom he told me to close my eyes and I did.

We walk into his room .

He told me to open my eyes .

There's nothing special in here...

I give Matt a confused look.

He laughs

He waves at me to crawl out his window.

Outside matts room is a little porch area.

I crawl out his window and my jaw instantly dropped

There were Christmas lights hanging around , a little blanket was layed down and pillows were also.

" Matty .... Did you do thi-"

I was cut off by Matt with a kiss.

We pull Away and we walk over to the area that has been set up . Matt lays down . As he lays down I get a text from my mom.

" In the next three days your gonna be visiting your father for a week. You'll come home after that week . I know you don't want to but it would be best if you saw him and spent time with him "

I won't be able to part away from matt for a week.

I text my mom back

" just a week . That's it . Ok?"

I lay down on matts chest .

It's quiet

Matt notices there's something wrong.

" what's wrong beautiful?"

" we'll.... My mom texted me.... In the next three days I have to go visit my dad for a week."

" oh ... We'll it's only a week . A week should go by fast . While your away we can FaceTime & text . "

" I'll miss you though "

" I'll miss you too but I think visiting your dad is good for you ". Matt says

Matts right but while I'm away A lot can happen in a week .

I shake it off .

I start to fall asleep on Matt.
