Ethan pulled into my driveway and I jumped out the car," I'm Hooooome!!" I shout and I hear it echo throughout the house. My parents come out their rooms and my mom runs down the stairs to greet me. She engulfs me in a hug almost knocking both of us down. My dad came down behind her and ruffled my hair and kissed my cheek. Liam came next. He came down the stairs and stood in front of me looking annoyed.
"Don't act like you're not excited to see me. I am a delight." I say whipping my hair, Liam laughs. I open my arms and he accepts my hug. I let go and ruffle his hair before smiling widely," I have preseeeeents! Liam you already know what yours is." I kneel down toward my suitcase that Ethan had brought in and take out four of the five boxes. I hand my brother the box with his hoodie in it and he immediately throws it on. This guy's obsession with hoodies will always confuse me. I hand Ethan a box that contained a black hoodie that said 'Best' at the top and below that '20'. I had the box that contained a white hoodie that said 'Friends' and below that '16' (Bestfriends 2015). My parents open theirs revealing two similar shirts that say L.A across the tops.
I hang out with my family and Ethan for the next hour telling them all about what happened. Obviously leaving out the parts about Jonah and I. Ethan soon left to go hang out with his family for a little.
--Time Skip--
I was sitting in my room after I had finished unpacking. It was around 1:50 when I got a call from Jonah.
"Heyyy!" I answer. I hear Jonah laugh.
"Hey princess." I hear a tense tone in Jonah's voice.
"Jonah, babe what's wrong?"
"I-I'm just nervous is all. What if your parents don't like me? Or your brother?"
"Aw Jonah, don't worry, they're going to love you. I honestly can't say for my brother though. When I say he's over-protective he will rip any guy that comes near me to shreds."
"And that's what I don't want. I want your family to actually like me."
"They will!" I hear Jonah sigh," Do you want to wait to tell them?"
"No! No, I'm fine. I'm just overreacting. So, where do you want to meet up?"
"My house? I can send you the info." Jonah agrees and tells me he and Jack will be on their way. I got to Liam's door and knock. I hear shuffling then he shouts come in. He had homework spread out on his bed.
"Ha! You still have homework." I taunt. He rolls his eyes and laughs at me.
"Whatcha need?"
"Jonah's gonna be here soon and I want you to well behaved, okay?"
"You talk to me like I'm a child." I raise an eyebrow," Ugh, fine. I'm still gonna talk to him, though."
"Thanks bro, oh and I also want you to meet Jack. One of Jonah's bandmates."
"There are more of them?" Liam whines as I roll my eyes.
"Four more to be exact. Corbyn, Jack, Daniel, and Zach. Only Jack could come you're going to hang out with him while mom, dad, Jonah and I go out."
"UUUUUGH, FINE. But, I'm ignoring him as much as possible. Hope you guys have fun."
"I'll bring you back some Chipotle. They should be here soon." I leave Liam's room and go to my parents'. I tell them I have a surprise and to get dressed.

I had changed my out my old outfit and put on a new one.

As I sit in my room I hear the doorbell ring. I hop up and run out my room," Got it!!" I swing open the door and see Jonah and Jack. I wrap my arms around Jonah and he does the same, "Now I see how you feel. I missed you so much!" Jonah laughs. I let go and give Jack a quick hug. My parents and Liam come downstairs as I let Jack and Jonah in. Liam's eyes focus on Jonah as he glares at him the same way Ethan glared at him.
"Mom, Dad this is Jonah and Jack." They both say hi and put out their hands for a handshake and my parent accept.
"Two very handsome boys." My mom says smiling. I feel my cheeks heat up.
"Jack and Jonah this is my brother Liam." Liam continues to glare. I snap my fingers in his face, "Stop it and be nice." Liam rolls his eyes then smiles "nicely"
"Nice to meet'cha."
"Same here." The boys say in unison, then laughing.
"So what was this surprise you wanted to show us?" My dad says lifting an eyebrow. I smile widely and walk over to Jonah. He wraps and arm around me and I lean into his side.
"Meet my new boyfriend!" I say making jazz hands. My mom smiles and congratulates me.
"I honestly would've thought you went for the curly haired one." My dad says scratching his chin.
"Dad!" He laughs.
"I'm kidding Jonah seems like a nice boy!" Pats Jonah's shoulder but gives him a look as if saying 'You hurt her and I will kill you with a slow painful death'. Jonah nods like he understands what my dad was thinking.

Chelsea's family seemed really nice, everyone except her brother. He just glared at me the whole time. I could tell he didn't mean it when he smiled at me. Chelsea's dad death glared me as well, but it was more of a dad glare saying 'you hurt my daughter and I will kill you in your sleep'.
"That's exactly what you said about Landon and see where he ended up." Liam said stuffing his hands in his hoodie. I didn't know anything about Landon so I didn't know what Liam was talking about.
"We do not discus that Liam." Chelsea's mom said glaring at her son.
"Whatever. Jonah, was it?" I nod "Can I talk to you outside a moment." I looked at Chelsea and she nodded and kissed my cheek. I went outside with Liam. He closed the door and leaned against it. He was about my height and definitely did not look 16. He sighed rubbing his eyes.
"Listen, I'm gonna be straight with you. I don't like you. For one reason and that one reason only. You're with my sister." He definitely did not sound 16 either " I don't like guys who show some kind of interest in her. She must've not told you about Landon, correct?" I shake my head no "Of course. Just- Just try not to break her heart, okay? I'm not saying she wears her heart on her sleeve, but some things get to her easily." I nod again " I don't want to see her like she was again. Depressed, torn apart, and all over some guy who treat her like shit. I could hear her every night just sobbing over this dumb guy. You should understand how I feel about my sister right? Chelsea tells me you have siblings?"
"Yea my little sister Esther."
"So you should know why I want to protect her. You don't want to be the next dumb guy that hurts my sister. So just know" Liam lowers his voice as if it wasn't already low enough "I am not kidding when I say this, I will make your life a living hell if you break her heart. Understand pretty boy?" My eyes widen and I nod vigorously "Good."
