Chapter 29

Jonah

Chelsea kisses my cheek, but I don't kiss her back. Seeing her holding Jack's hand made me jealous. Chelsea rolled her eyes and let go of my hand. She jogged over to Jack and I felt my heart break. I'm losing her to Jack aren't I? Daniel walks over to and pats my shoulder.

"Bro what happened?"

"I got jealous and Chelsea's mad at me. Am I losing her to Jack?"

"What?! No! Just stop letting your jealousy get the best of you."

"How?"

"Just think to yourself who has she woken up to every morning?"

"Me."

"Who has she kissed every morning, day, and night?"

"Me."

"Who did she go on a date with?"

"Me."

"And who did she say yes to when he asked her on a date?"

"Me."

"So she wouldn't do all of that, just to break your heart and go for Jack. Calm down and just think for a second before you get jealous. And do you honestly think Chelsea has never gotten Jealous?"

"No." Daniel laughed aloud.

"Jack! Come here!" Jack ran over and Daniel went to go talk to Chelsea.

"What did Daniel want?"

"Has Chelsea ever gotten... Jealous?" Jack laughed with the same humor.

"Of course she has! Way more than you."

"How do you know?"

"I'm her L.A best friend, she tells me everything. She got jealous when we were at the interview without her and the interviewer was touching your shoulder, when that random girl came to your hotel room, every time a fan asks to kiss your cheek or if you kiss a fans cheek, when that fan hugged you after you gave her a backstage pass, I could go on and on and on."

"She's been jealous that much?"

"Yea, she just wants to be that "perfect girlfriend" that doesn't get jealous or mad at you or other people."

"But why? She's not perfect. Plus, I don't care if she's jealous because she has no reason to be. I love Chelsea so much and I wouldn't do anything to hurt her."

"You might want to apologize then."

" Why do I need to apologize?"

"From what she's told me she is really pissed that you didn't kiss her back and that you're jealous."

"Sometimes I just feel like she'll leave me fo-"

"Guys hurry up! You're falling behind!"

"Coming!" Jack shouted back " Just apologize to her bro and you better kiss her back even if your jealous. You'll just make things worse." Jack ran off as I thought for a bit. She wants to be that perfect girlfriend that never gets jealous? Isn't getting jealous a sign that shows you care? Well in my case I didn't really show that I care, I just ignore her like a dick. We headed into a near by In and Out. I knew Chelsea didn't really like In and Out so I went up to offer to buy her something else.

"H-Hey babe, do you want something else?"

"Not that you'd care."

"Chelsea."

"What?"

"You know I care about you."

"Doesn't seem like it." Not knowing what to do or say I grab Chelsea's wrist and pull her outside " Let go of me! Let go of-" I wrap my arms around Chelsea and lean down connecting my lips with hers. She doesn't kiss back at first, but eventually gives in. She wraps her arms around my neck and pulls me closer. We stay like that for about 5 second before I pull back.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to make you upset I just- I got jealous."

"But why?! I've already told you I'm not trying to get with a bowl of Ramen noodles. I want you and only you Jonah."

"I know, but sometimes I feel like you'll leave me for Jack. You guys seem like such great friends and-" Chelsea pecks my lips causing me to stop talking.

"Thank you. Now listen to me. Jack and I are close friends but that's all we'll ever be is close friends. And you know what we are? We're a couple. That means you asked me on a date and I said yes. That means I kiss you and only you. I love you like I love no one else. It means we know each other better than anyone else knows us. Jonah do you really think I'd go through all of this, just to hurt you?" I look down and say no "Look me in the eye." I look into Chelsea's eyes and smile.

"No." I get lost in Chelsea's eyes and smile.

"Jonah Marais Roth Frantzich, I love you so much. I wouldn't hurt you on purpose and I definitely wouldn't cheat on you with a mop or some noodles." I laugh.

"I love you too Chelsea." Chelsea smiles and leans up again to connect her lips with mine. I love this girl so much.
