chapter 58- pancakes

"doyeon-ah~~ wakey wakey" i came from downstairs after i finshed making pancakes.

"hmm?" doyeon said with her eyes half open, she still looked pretty of course.

"i made pancakes, come down stairs and eat~~" i said still in a soft morning voice.

i made her pancakes today, it was like a tradition every time we slept over eachothers house. whoever wakes up first has to make the pancakes. but it's been so long since our sleepover, we havent had a sleepover in ages... well since my change.

realising how much doyeon meant to me, made me angry, at myself, for the way i acted.. even though she doesn't know all the pain i went through because of her. i wanted to make it up to her... in small baby steps.

"hmm what should we do today?" doyeon asked while taking a bite of her pancakes.

"omg this is so good! we havent had pancakes in ages... you still remember" she smiled.

i smiled back. "should we just go out again?" i asked and we both laughed.

"let's go out and eat lunch again! actually lets go to that cafe we went to yesterday, the one where the guy was checking you out" doyeon teased.

"no... doyeon stop teasing me with that. i have daniel." i said in a serious tone.

"okay fine then... how bout.. let's eat lunch with the boys!" she asked.

"should we?" i asked back.

she continously nodded while eating her pancakes.

i messaged the group chat.

yoojung: hey! you guys wanna come eat lunch with us? we're gonna eat in around an hour

i sent and got an instant reply.

daniel: coming for you~~

seonho: sure! i'm free.

jinyoung: sorry guys, can't make it.

daehwi: YES im so hungry right now omg.

jihoon: alright boys, meet at my house and we'll bus together.

yoojung: COOL :))

"okay! everyone's coming except for jinyoung, we're meeting in an hour." i told doyeon.

"an hour?? omg why didnt you tell them longer!!" she shoved a big piece of pancake in her mouth then rushed back upstairs to go get ready.

i chuckled then followed her up.
