YOOJUNG POV

my alarm went off, but i was already awake. i never slept really. i just silently cried in my room all night.

i look into my bathroom mirror and i could barely see myself, my eyes were too swollen. i splash cold water into my face, hoping to feel something other than sadness. i didn't bother with my hair and makeup, i didn't need to impress anyone anymore.

i throw on a pair of glasses, in hope that no one would focus on my swollen eyes.

i didn't have an appetite to eat so i just walked out the door.

i arrived at school and i went to sit in the back garden. if i went to the library, i'd have to see everyone.

JIHOON POV

"is yoojung here yet? and has anyone seen daniel this morning?" doyeon asked the gang.

"daniel messaged me and said he wasn't coming today, i dont know why though" i explained.

"its probably because its the last day of school" daehwi added.

"and yoojung?" i asked.

"she's probably late, she hasnt been on time these days." seonho said.

"i have class with her next, i'll message you guys if she comes." jinyoung said before walking out the library.

"nope. she probably just stayed home cause it's the last day of school." he said.

"hahaha please" i said and we both chuckled.

"yoojung would never not come to school for no reason. she doesnt even leave early when she's sick." i explained.

"yeah i know right." jinyoung replied.

we walked to the cafeteria.

3RD PERSON POV

"she's not here guys." jihoon told the gang.

"i've messaged her and she hasn't replied." daehwi said.

"did she say anything to you?" he asked doyeon.

doyeon shook her head. "i'll call her now."

*calling yoojung*

"hmm?" yoojung mumbled.

"oh yoojung-ah! where are you? are you sick?" doyeon asked her, with everyone listening.

"no... i'm at school." she explained.

doyeon turned her mouth away from her phone.

"she said she's at school" she told the gang.

everyone looked at jinyoung.

"she didn't come to class..." he mumbled.

"yoojung skipped class..?" jihoon said, sounding disappointed.

everyone looked back at doyeon again.

"are you okay? where are you now?" she asked yoojung.

"come find me please." yoojung said, sounding like she was about to cry. she hung up the phone.

doyeon pulled her phone away from her ear.

"she's at the back garden, i'll go see her. you guys stay here" doyeon said with worry.
