Connor sat in the waiting room, he just sat there staring at the floor.
I hope Evan is okay. That's all he thought.
Just then a woman came rushing through the doors, she seemed really stressed.
Connor watched as she ran over to the front counter.
"I'm Heidi Hansen, I'm here to see my son."
"Right," said the woman at the front counter,
"Right this way,"
The woman picked up a file of papers and led Heidi into a hallway
Connor felt his phone vibrate and looked down at it.

"Shit" Connor thought. He got up to go outside and call his sister back when suddenly Evan, his mom and a nurse came out the hallway
"Now remember, he has to wear his cast for at least six to eight weeks."
The nurse was talking to Heidi when Evan glanced over at Connor. Evan smiled when he saw Connor. Connor felt his cheeks get hot.
When the nurse left, Connor saw Evan say something to Heidi. She went in her purse and grabbed a sharpie.
Evan walked over to Connor and handed him the sharpie.
"Would you like to sign my cast?"
Connor smiled.
"Sure"
Then, he wrote his name in big letters across the cast.
Evan looked at the cast and smiled.
"Hello! I'm Heidi Hansen!"
Heidi held out her hand for Connor to shake.
"I'm Connor Murphy."
"Thank you for helping my son."
"No problem,"
Evan held out his phone,
"Could I by chance, have your phone number?"
Connor looked at his phone,
