Regrets - chapter 18 (THOUGHTS ON ME)

HARRY'S POV:

Liam pulls me by the arm and drags me to the other side of the filthy hallways. I try to shrug him off but his grip his strong. He leads me to a side where I can spot Chloes bright red hair.

'Can you get off!' I demand, trying to pull him off again.

'Not until you tell me what the hell is going on with you and Megan' he shouts.

'Nothing can you let go of me' he finallys releases his grip of my arm and I try to walk past him but yet again he doesn't move. The bell rings and students start to crowd around us.

'I am going to ask you one more time...'

'HURRY UP THEN' I shout, a bit annoyed.

'What is up with you and Megan?' Liam asks more calmly. I don't know what to say, should I tell him that we are dating? that she's my girlfriend? what if Megan doesn't want me to, what if Liam gets pissed since I know he's had a crush on her since year seven.

'Nothing, she's just a friend' I tell him without thinking. It's not like she's going to find out I said that anyway.

'But Luke said you took her out to dinner last night?' Chloe practically whines.

Why does Luke have to get involved in shit, he needs to mind his own damn business just like this slut Chloe.

'Yh because she wanted to hang out and I didn't want to say no' I tell him, I'm glad Megan isn't here and can't hear me, otherwise she will probably be heartbroken. Why didn't I tell them the truth? It's too late now.

'Yeah but...' Chloe starts to whine again but I interrupt her.

'You don't get to know everything about me, and anyway she is just a friend nothing else, stop jumping to conclusions' I shout at them.

I begin to turn around and walk away but something catches my eye. Megan, and she's crying. Did she hear this whole conversation. If she did I'm screwed.

'I...I didn't...' I try to explain but she walks away from me.

I don't move as everyone starts to walk away from the crowd that had gathered around us just minutes ago. But little did they know was that my whole world just crumbled only a few seconds ago.

I walk towards the direction she had ran but I stopped in my tracks as I watch Megan collide in Luke. Why does he have to intrude in everything. She better not talk to him.

'Sorry' she whimpers. She doesn't know who he is.

'It's fine' he says. She suddenly looks up as she realises who it is.
