Chapter 16

April woke up the next morning and smiled. She was finally getting out of the hospital. She could get a nice hot shower, get some clothes on instead of the hospital gown she
had on. She would no longer have to be careful when she walked around to hold the back of the gown closed so no one would get a eye full of her butt. Even when it was just Mike
in the room with her she felt that it was not proper. He never minded anyway. He told her that he wasn't be a perv or anything but that it was ok. With her ingeries and all, he didn't want
her to hurt herself holding the back shut. He would just look away and not pay any mind. He wanted to give her the respect she wanted.
April streched out then slowly rolled over to look at Mike. She smiled looking at him. He was still a sleep. He slept like angel, it was cute to see. Slowly she leaned her head over
to him, closing her eyes. She pressed her lips against his lightly. April was about to pull back when she felt a hand slide around her rib cage and the kiss deepend. For once
April actually felt comfortable with kissing Mike. She opened her mouth slliding her tongue out of her mouth into Mike's, rubbing it against his. He let out a light moan feeling her
tongue touching his. He pulled back and started to kiss down her neck, also making sure she felt comfortable. If she wasn't he would stop but she didn't. She leaned forward nibbleing on his
ear. To her it actually felt good to do this but it was the wrong place to be doing this. Opening her eyes she looked around the room, still enjoying the light kisses Mike was
giving her.
"Mike?" Asked April trying not to let the kisses get to her.
He stopped and looked up at her worried she was beining to feel uncomfortable then he asked her what was wrong.
"Are you ok? I can stop if you want. Its completely fine with me." Said Mike.
"I'm fine but doing this..here in a hospital bed isn't quite how I want it to be...." Said April.
"Yeah, your right. It would be kind of embarassing to have someone walk in while we were doing that!" Said Mike with a slight smile.
She smiled back and sat up followed by Mike. He yawned then streched out also. He got up off the bed so April could get off and get ready.
"I'm glad Trish grabbed some clothes I had left from when I was staying with her over break or I wouldn't have anything to ware!" Said April.
"Well, how about you get dressed and we'll go back to my place so we can get a shower and all." Said Mike.
"Yeah, sure. I'm in need of a shower badly. I feel nasty!" Said April.
Mike laughed a bit and looked at his self. He needed a shower also. His hair looked like crap, he felt like crap and a shower would help him feel a lot better. April looked at him as
he looked at his self, laughing. She woundered what he was looking at and why he was laughing.
"What's so funny?" Asked April.
"That I also need a shower. I look bad!" Said Mike looking up at her.
She gave him a big smiled, her mind for once in the gutter. It had been a long time since her mind had been there. She turned away thinking about him then looked over her
shoulder looking him up and down. Mike looked at her and laughed a bit then asked " What is it?"
She shook her head not wanting to tell him she was thinking about him. She laughed and said "I'm not gonna tell you!"
Mike put his hands on his hips looking at her thinking of something to do to her to make her tell him what she was thinking. Then he thought of something.
"If you don't tell me...I won't....give you a kiss for a week!" Said Mike with a laugh.
"Oh you won't? That's would bother me! It bother you!" April shot back.
"Yeah, it might but if you tell me then it will never happen." Said Mike.
April let out a sigh knowing even if he said he wouldn't kiss her, he'd still keep asking her untill he got a answer.
"I was thinking about you...." Replied April with a smirk.
"Oh..really? And what was I doing?" Said Mike with a big smile on his face.
"You....were...taking..." Said April.
Mike's smile got even more wide realizing where she was hinting at. She was fantazing a him him taking a shower. He was glad that she was actually getting more open since
she was raped. Just last night she was worried that she would be too uncomfortable to have sex with anyone but now she seemed alittle more comfortable talking about it. He
guessed that when she was with him she felt comfortable now, that she knew he wouldn't hurt her in anyway, shape or form. That he loved her.
"So your having a fantazy about me in the shower? Humm." Said Mike.
She giggled and nodded her head. She was shocked at herself and how she was talking. Maybe that kiss opened her up, maybe she was starting to feel more safe with Mike
and could trust him. It was something she could not think of a reason for but she liked it. She felt happy again.
"Well, that could come true if you want it." Said Mike.
He started to laugh hard. There was something about her that was making his talk like this, it was different. He never was like this with his other previous girlfriends. He seemed
to be really calm about everything, never talking about sex or having a gutter mind like he was having now. They both seemed to be in that area.
April then looked at the clock on the wall. It was almost 9:00am. She walked over to the plastic bag and got out the clothes Trish had left for her then she walked to the bathroom
and got dressed. While Mike waited for her, he sat down in the chair and turned on the TV and put it on Much Music.
"Linkin Park has canceled their concert due to some family problems. We have no word on what has happened but there have been rumors going around Canada and U.S that
Chester's sister was raped and was attacked badly and is in the hospital somewhere in California. These rumors have not been confermed yet but we will keep you Linkin Parkers
up-to-date if we get any information about it. Now, here is Linkin Park, One Step Closer. Here on Much Music." Said one of the Much Music VJ's.
April walked out of the bathroom and looked at Mike who was deep in thought. She looked up at the TV and seen One Step Closer on. Walking over to him, she sat down on his
lap.
"What are you thinking about?" Asked April.
"Nothing...somehow what happend got out... but There still in the rumors." Said Mike.
April sighed. Somehow her raped and attacked had got out to the media. They would possibly be everywhere now, trying to get the rumor confermed. She hated the media.
The people were always so noise about someone else life. Wanted to keep everyone in someone business. It was so annoying.
"Well, think we should get out of here?" Asked Mike.
"Yeah! I'm tired of being here!" Said April as got off of Mike's lap.
They got anything that April should take with her and went to check out of the hospital. What was to come now that she was out of the hospital? That's was all April thought
about as they walked to the door to leave the hospital.
