Today's been rough. I found out the celebration for my friend's mom has been moved up a day and I panicked. I'm worried about the calories to be 100% honest. I'm worried how many I'll eat, if I can track them all, if I'll binge...if I'll..purge.. I haven't purged in a while and I don't want to get back into the habit of it. It got so bad I'd purge after almost every meal. I'm just not ready for this weekend..

On the bright side I guess, I completed this week's diet that I chose. Now I'll just be restricting for tomorrow at least and pray I can either figure something out for the celebration or handle the extra food.
Anyway, onto goals. (By the way, on my previous goal entry I meant post them at night. I wasn't thinking, I don't have enough time in the morning to post them before school lol.)

Daily Goals:

Drink 2 Liters of water
•Bike (I need to work on this.)
Sit ups; minimum: 20
Stick to chooses diet for the week

Overall Goals (Long-term)
•Reach 70kg
•Complete one full book
•Read some books off my lists
•Paper publish a book
