Chapter 14 Metting the boss

Niall’s POV

“Come on Spence you look fine just put on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt.” I complained I was waiting for Spence to get changed so I could take her out but because I wasn’t letting her know where I was taking her she was taking forever to decide what to wear.

“Are you sure?” she questioned as she came out of her room in a Jack Wills hoodie and body warmer with a pair of skinny jeans and vans on.

“You look absolutely gorgeous,” I replied and it was the truth she looked amazing her natural face was so pretty she didn’t need any make up to look amazing.

“Thanks,” she mumbled ducking her head as she tried to hide the blush that appeared on her cheeks.

“Come on then let’s get going.” I grabbed her hand and we walked out to my car.

“Will you please tell me where it is that you are taking me,” she begged batting her eyelids at me but I was not giving in so I shook my head she wasn’t going to ruin my plan.

I had put her music and guitar in the boot of my car when she was getting changed wasn’t taking her to dinner like she thought I was but I was taking her to meet my boss and play her song for him because it was amazing I had never noticed how good her voice was and how she was so amazing on the guitar I think it may have been down to me concentrating on my music and not paying attention to hers and it made me feel very bad.

I continued to drive, I had the radio on and we were listening to The Script Before The Worst it’s one of my favourites and I know she likes it to because we were singing along smiles on our faces.

By the time the song ended we were pulling into the car park of the hotel where I had arranged to meet him in one of the meeting rooms he wasn’t sure what it was about.

“Come on Spence we’re here.” I said as I stopped the car and got out she followed me; I took her hand leading her to the front desk where I asked for directions to meeting room 2.

“Why are we going into a meeting room?” she asked. 

“Because I have someone who I want you to meet by the way you’re going to need your guitar and music so here you go.” I explained as I handed them over to her.

“What have you got planned for me?!” she was shouting.

“Calm down Spence no need to panic I am just gonna get you to sing to him and because you are amazing and he is gonna love it.” I explained placing my hands on her shoulders and looking into her eyes she took a deep breath and calmed down a little bit she was no longer hyper ventilating.

“I hate you so much for making me do this Ni.”

I opened the door then I had hold of Spence’s hand and pulled her in behind me.

He was sat there waiting for us a slightly impatient look on his face.

“Hi Simon,” I said as I closed the door.

“Hello Niall and who’s this?” he asked in his American accent.

“This is my best friend Spencer.” I explained.

“Hi, it’s nice to meet you,” she murmured.

“Hello nice to meet you to.” He replied “Niall why have you asked me here?” he questioned.

“I wanted you to listen to the most amazing talent ever.” I answered I could feel Spence shaking beside me.

“Ok and I’m guessing that would be Spencer here.”

“That’s right.” I answered.

“Fine I will listen to her.”

“Spencer will you please play me and Simon your new song?” I asked her.

“Umm ok.” She said and then she began to play.

It was even better than the first time she sang she got completely lost in the song her face was amazing I kept looking at Simon who was to my surprisingly smiling he seemed to like it.

She finished the song looked up and smiled at me then her eyes went over to look at Simon who was clapping.

“Wow that was amazing and you wrote that yourself?” he asked her.

“Umm yer I did.” She said becoming more confident by the end.

“Well I have to say you were amazing and are very talented I suggest that we get you in a recording studio and record that track because I think that’s going to be a number one hit.”

“Really that’s, that’s amazing thank you so much.” She was excited now and I was smiling to I was so happy for her.

“That’s ok but I have to ask one thing are you signed to a record label?”

“No I’m not.” She answered.

“Great then I want you to create an album you can have our studio here for the whole week and I want it finished by the end of the week.” He explained.

“I will do that umm how many songs am I going to need for the album?” she asked.

“You’ll need about ten songs I trust that won’t be a problem?”

“No sir it won’t I can do that.” She smiled her amazing smile.

“Niall I trust you’ll be able to help through the process?” he asked as he stood up walking towards the door.

“I will be there for her every step of the way.” I said.

“Good ok be at the studio at half ten tomorrow and don’t be late.” He left then leaving me and Spence in the room.

As soon as the door had closed Spence ran across the room and attacked me she jumped on top of me knocking me onto the floor as she hugged me and screamed and shouted and held me tight it was the best feeling in the world.

“Spence get off me so I can breath,” I complained.

“Oh I’m sorry,” she apologised as she stood on her feet and I got up.

“Thanks Ni, I can’t believe I’m recording an album it’s going to be amazing.” She was so excited.

“It’s ok you deserve it you’re just as talented as us guys and I knew Simon would love you.” I explained to her.

“I just can’t believe it guess I’m not going to be going to school for the rest of the week!” she couldn’t stop jumping up and down she looked so cute I just wanted to kiss her but I had to resist.

“Come on let’s go get some food I’m hungry.” I took her hand and we headed out we went to Nandos for something to eat and then I took her home as it was very late and she was going to need all the rest she could get it was going to be a stressful week.

We said goodbye on the top of her steps I told her to have a dig out for the rest of her songs so we could have a look at them and create the best album ever.

I kissed her forehead and then went back to the hotel.

P.S may b my last update for a few weeks i'm off on my hols but i hope you guys like it and i really hope you'll like the rest theres a lot more to the story line than i first thought YAY =)
