"Where am I?" I ask my voice shaking. "Don't worry Ivy. We can do this!" I hear my uncles voice call.
"What happened?" I ask again searching the room I am in for him. sitting up I see it's my bedroom. "Where are you?" I ask.
"Sweety, you are undergoing some changes..." my throat starts to burn from the inside out.
"IT BURNS!" I scream.
"I know... I was where you are once." he says and continues. "just give it one minute and I will bring you your meal.

My uncle finally shows up, with a cup. I take a deep breath. The scent is intoxicating. He hands me the cup, and not bothering to look at it I chug the mystery liquid down. My gums burn. I finally feel my lips to feel my canine teeth elongate and stick out sharply.
"What is it?" I ask.
"Human blood." he responds simply. I spit.
"WHY DID YOU GIVE ME HUMAN BLOOD? I AM GONNA GET AIDS OR SOMETHING!" I scream.
"Vampires can't get aids. Vampires can't get sick." He says.
"How many days left till school starts?" I ask.
"School started yesterday. I am friends with the principle, he says you can start late. as soon, as you can control yourself..." he trails off.
"So, I am a vampire, missed school already and, I need to drink blood?!" I ask. "COOL!" I yell!
"Let's get started, but... you might want to look in the mirror..." he says.

By the time I get off my ass, it's about three in the afternoon. I flop into the bathroom. "WHAT THE FUCKCAKES?!" I scream. looking in the mirror is a beach blond with red tips, with plump red lips. My skin is a dark tan, and muscle is toned. My eyes are a new color of neon yellow. Neon yellow I guess is surprised. Uncle Will shows up at the door.
"You look great. But with your new look, you have some shopping to do." he says. "your clothing won't fit.

He takes me shopping. I try on everything. He says being in the mall is also training. Self control. I buy one of everything in every place I go. He buys me makeup, and also three leather jackets. I control myself enough not to attack every person in the store. Next we go to the hospital.
"I am a vampire too. So this is my fix." he says, grabbing bags from the coolers. "my friends I trust do this for me." throwing me a bag. I place my lips on the cool plastic and feel my fangs grow. Biting into the soft plastic my mind is blown with the taste of blood. I just have grumbled with contentness, because Will laughs.
"Guess you like AB negative." he continues to chuckle.
"I guess I am a vampire." I say growling at him.
