Grace's Point of view:

Katherine bumped into someone, I paled looking at the person she bumped in. It was Casper.

His eyes met Katherine's eyes.

"Beloved," they both said together.

What?!

"I waited so long to meet you," Casper said and started caressing Katherine's face.

What?!

"I am so happy that I met you," Katherine said, staring in Casper's eyes with a grin on her face.

What!?

Oh my goodness!

My eyes were wide, and mouth agape. This was the same guy who lifted me in the air, he is dangerous!

"Katherine! Stay away from this guy, he's dangerous," I said, and stood in front of Katherine, trying to protect her from Casper.

"What are you saying?" Katherine said with a frown.

"Nonsense," Casper said, "move aside, girl, let me see my beloved."

"Madam Grace?" I heard someone call my name. The voice was familiar. I looked towards the source of that voice and saw that librarian sitting.

"Emily?" I said I was so shocked to see her again.

I walked to her table, with my brows snapped together.

"My name is Emilia," she chuckled.

Blood rushed to my cheeks. I should have remembered her name.

"Sorry," I said.

I reached her table and she stood up.

"Where were you from so many days? Where did you run away?" I asked her, I looked back a bit to see Katherine. Casper and Katherine were talking.

"Calm down, Casper isn't a bad person. And no vampire would try to hurt their beloved," she said, "why don't you take a seat?"

I nodded and sat down. Yeah, why would someone hurt their beloved? I didn't like Casper though. I once again looked towards them and saw them ordering something.

"How are you?" Emilia said.

"I am good, what about you?" I asked I don't know why I was feeling anxious.

"I am doing good too," she said, sipping her coffee.

The waiter came and took my order.

"I was given a task by Flower," she said.

"What task?" I asked.

"You remember that small box?" she said and I nodded, "Flower told me to give you that special crystal."

"Queen Floisa emerged out of it one day and talked to me," I said, remembering that day.

"Climana is a very rare crystal, it's the crystal of spirits," she looked outside the window, "I hope it helps you some day, it used to be my mama's jewelry, the only precious thing she had."

I felt bad hearing that I had her mom's only jewelry.

"Will you please take it back?" I said, fidgeting.

"No, Madam. Things aren't the same in Klataria now," my heart started beating faster, "I am sure you'll need it, and my mama isn't alive anymore."

"I am sorry," I said, squeezing her hands.

"And please don't call me Madam," I started drinking my coffee.

She nodded and looked towards her hands.

"Why did you get disappear though? And how do you know Casper's name?" Curiosity filled me.

"You'll find out soon," she said and kept a 100 Vladarias note on the table. I still feel that this vampire currency name is weird. Why can't they just call it dollars?

"I need to go now," Emilia said and snapped me back to reality. She walked out of the coffee shop without even letting me to tell her a bye.

---

After Emilia left, Casper, Katherine and I went back to the castle. I didn't like how Casper was near us, what if he would've gotten angry for some reason and make me hover again in the air?

I didn't tell anyone that I already knew Casper.

Everyone was happy that Katherine met her beloved today. Andrew asked Casper to start living with us in the castle and he happily accepted it.

I hope he doesn't meet me often, his magical powers scared me.

I passed my hand through my hair and looked towards the moon. A sigh escaped my mouth.

Someone knocked on my door.

"Come in," I said.

I turned around and saw Elizabeth enter my room.

"Hello, my dear," Elizabeth said with a grin.

I greeted Elizabeth back and asked her to sit on the chair. I sat on one too. Why was she here?

"Promise me that you will stay away from Chafica," Elizabeth said, her smiling face transformed into a fearful one.

"Why? What happened, Elizabeth?" I asked, anxiously.

"She isn't the same," Elizabeth said with wide eyes.

"Huh?" I frowned.

"The energy around her is now black," she said.

"Black aura?" I mumbled.

"Yes, that's the word," she said and stood up.

"This is the second time in my life seeing Chafica with a dark aura around her," she walked around the room.

"Second time?" my eyes went wide, "Is she evil?"

Maybe I was right in the morning, Chafica's smirk was scary.

"Her aura turned black for the first time many years ago when she killed my beloved," she wiped the tears from her face.

I gasped. I squeezed her shoulder to comfort her. I never thought that Chafica could do such things.

"Why did she do that? Why isn't she in jail?" I asked.

"Her soul wasn't in the control of her body," she looked at her feet.

"Was she possessed?" Oh my gosh! Is there a ghost inside Chafica now? A shiver passed through my spine.

"Darkness used to control her," she said.

"Do you know what does it mean?" Elizabeth looked into my eyes.

"No," I whispered.

"Lord Darkness is back in this world."
