"What are you saying, Elizabeth?" My brows furrowed.
"I am telling the truth," she hung her head.
"Why are you keeping her in the castle then?" I asked.
"Because I don't want Chafica to know that she got the dark aura again. She'll be devastated; I can't see her in that state," Elizabeth looked in my eyes.
I sighed, why was all this happening?
"Grace, my dear, I need to go now," Elizabeth yawned.
"Okay. Take care, Elizabeth," I smiled at her as we moved towards the door.
"Oh, and by the way, please don't share about this to anyone. I trust you," she said as she stepped out of my room and looked towards me.
"Don't worry, I won't," I said.
She hugged me and left. I closed the door and passed my hand through my hair.
What the heck did I just find out? How could Chafica be like that? That's so unbelievable.

It was morning, I completed my breakfast and was roaming around the castle.
It's been so many days but I still couldn't explore the whole castle. I liked it here though, away from those abusive monsters.
I tried not to sink into self-pity, I took a deep breath in and arrived in the front of a golden door.
It was polished and very shiny, I could look my face into it. Some things were written on it in Klatarian with red gems.
Oh wow, it looked really good. I wanted to go inside. I looked around and saw that there was no one here.
I pushed the door and entered it.
There was a huge circular table in the center of the room. On the table, there were many big lit candles placed in a circular pattern.
There was a transparent crystal which was floating in the air just a little above the table between that circular placement of candles.
The walls of this room were decorated with red flowers which I had never seen before. The map of Klataria was hanging on a wall.
I walked towards the map and gazed at it.

My vision fell on the silver star hanging from the ceiling. I walked towards it and looked upwards.
Suddenly it started glowing.
"You often think about writing an epic novel, but maybe someday you'll understand that you are already writing one," A voice boomed out of it.
My heard started pounding. I shouldn't be in this room. That voice came from that freaking star, how's that possible?
I was coming out of the room but I bumped into someone, I was going to fall down but muscular arms caught me before I could fall.
I opened my eyes and saw it was Andrew.
"What are you doing here, Cookie?" I blushed after hearing that nickname again.
"I was just exploring this place and stumbled in this room," I said. I was very anxious to leave this room, was that voice Flower? But her voice wasn't like that.
"You look a bit scared, what happened?" Andrew asked with concern.
"No, I am not scared," I lied, and fake laughed awkwardly.
"Tell me, you can share it with me," Andrew said.
"You'd think I am crazy if I tell you that," I said and he chuckled and shook his head.
"That star at that corner was talking to me," I pointed my finger towards that star, "it has started glowing too."
"Really?" He frowned.
"Yes! I swear that happened," I said.
"Is this room haunted?" I clutched onto his arm.
"Nope, it isn't," he chuckled and kissed my cheek.
"But that star is the only communication device between the island of Sprikanot and mainland Klataria," Andrew's brows were snapped together, he looked very confused.
"What happened?" I asked.
"No one lives in Sprikanot. Who talked to you with it?" Andrew said.
Terror overtook my face. What the heck?!
A soldier hurried into the room and started panting.
"How dare you enter here?" Andrew asked with anger.
"I am sorry Your Highness," he bowed down. "I wanted to inform you that Queen Mother Elizabeth is missing."
