6:00 a.m.
The old little alarm clock barely beeps, I wake up Ally and the others.
I look at the time
"Oh no.."
"What Tatiana, what happened?" Kailey asks.
"I could've sworn I set my alarm for 5 a.m." I rub my head.
"Well does it matter? Either way, we're getting out of here." Henery crosses his arms from the other side of the room.
"Yes it matters, the system comes to inject us with shots and serums at 6:30!" I pack my stuff up.
"Then stop talking and getting moving!" Nini shouts.
"Oh, you are lucky we're in a hurry.." I mumble. Nini looks over to me raising an eyebrow wondering what I said, she doesn't bother to say anything, but she scoffs. We all pack up and go to the training room.
"Ugh, where's Archie?" Kailey groans. I drop my bag and head to Archie's room.
"Archie what the heck it's almost 6:30!"
"Rouge was a little stubborn as always." He quickly packs everything he can.
"I set my alarm for five, and now it's six." I hold my head.
"Maybe Rouge reset it in the middle of the night."
"Whatever no time to figure that out, come on!" We all run out of the mini-cave.
"This is where we started; there are no boats though?" Ally looks around.
"Doesn't matter there's no time for boats anyway.." I point upward towards the sounds of trucks.
"Guess we'll just have to run!" Archie starts jogging. We start seeing a little door that is open and run faster, that's only until the door starts closing. We run even faster, I take my bow off my back and shoot an arrow at the opening of the doorway, so it stays open.
"Hurry!" Kailey says. The arrow was at the top of the initiation of the doorway, so we slide under the bow. When I'm on the other side, I grab my arrow, and the door shuts. I turn around and see a portal.
"Well, are you going in or not losers?" Nini jumps in.
"Well that's stupid, she just jumped in without backup." Ally rolls her eyes. Luke jumps in, then Anna.
"Of course one goes in after the other.." Henery groans and jumps in.
"Guess we're jumping in" Kailey giggles and hops in. Me and Archie exchanges looks.
"Okay then." Ally jumps then Peter, Drake, Tom, Archie, and lastly, I jump in. I look around a little dizzy, where are we? All I see is Stars moving, Little strands of energy flying, and people working.
"Where the heck are we?" Nini says stubbornly.
"I've read about this place." Archie's face lightens up for the first time. I stay quiet as always, observing things.
"This is the Other Side," Archie says.
"Huh?" Nini scratches her head.
"This is a place where everything runs on energy, but you can actually see the energy," Archie explains, my friends and cousins keep on talking as I look up. It was nighttime, and the sky looked like water with bright stars beaming down at me, I look down, and all I see is what looks like the moon, it glows more vivid than a glowstick.
"Well, we need to find help or get out of here." Kailey looks around.
"We have a mission to complete; maybe someone can help us get to the person who's running the system we were in." Tom shrugs.
