They say "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger"
I believe pain can kill you Physical, emotional || mental
But people choose to ignore and believe that it can't kill
No one knows what goes through the mind of a person who's drained, who has gone through hardships
And until 3 in 5 people go through utmost pain,
that belief will still stand.
Don't just assume it'll be okay just because you told the person that it'll be... You're only comforting yourself and not the person. Let the person grieve, cry, yell...
Whatever it is that'll serve as a release
Listen to them, pray for them But most of all just be there for them.
