chapter 6 - the girl dressed in black

Sayu's pov

Misa seems distracted.  I  think something has happened between her and light . This is the 4th time that she has zoned out into thin air . I follow Misa's gaze and notice a pale , slender , dark haired girl returning Misa's stare . Do they know each other ? There seems to be no recollection of  the dark haired girl judging by Misa's face . The girl across the road had an empty expression on her face . Scared almost worried . Her eyes however , the most sadest yet vengeful eyes , almost like she could stare right into your soul .

Misa's pov

There is something about that girl that makes me curious.  Something that makes me wonder . Her eyes aren't breaking away from my face and I have the strangest feeling we've met or we know each other . I think of light and how  distracted he seemed today , then suddenly it hits me . This  morning the news report light was watching.  That girls face  . Could it really be her the girl that went missing 2 years ago ? I think back to the name that was on TV . The name I see over her is naomi misora.  Was that the name ? If only I could remember .

Naomi's pov

I know this girl . She is with out a doubt misa amane upcoming model and light's fiancé.  Does  she recognise me ? If she tells light that she saw me I will be in big trouble . He has been convinced that he killed me 2 years ago but he failed ,  if only he saw my face now.  It's not safe to be here . I'd better go . I ran . Keep going and don't look back I told myself . My adrenaline had kicked in and my heart was racing . I knew I shouldn't of come here . But I had to . I was in trouble and I knew nothing could get me out of this one .

Misa's pov

Naomi ran off . Something about her scared me . One minute she was starting right thorough me and the next she was running off without a backwards glance . What had just happened?

Sayu's pov

The girl ran off . I recognise her face from somewhere. 
"Misa , do you know her ?"
"No, I've never seen her before ."
I could tell misa was lying but why ?!

Misa's pov

Sayu could tell something was up . Should I tell light about naomi ? Maybe he knows who she is . Or should I not mention it to him , I wouldn't want him to worry ? I will yell him as soon as I see him later but in the meantime I will have to convince sayu that nothing is up .
"Shall we go and grab a coffee ? My photo shoot doesn't start for another hour so I have spare time . "
"Of course misa , I don't have to meet matsuda for a while so we should be good ."
"So , what's with u and matsui  (Misa's nickname for matsuda ) ? "
"We'll we've been together since he quit the task force and he is still very childish. "
"Oh I remember when matsui was my manager and he kept calling me misa misa ."
"That's just like matsuda ."
We walked and talked about all of the things that have happened well , what I can tell her . Sayu has no idea about the Kira situation and like the members of the public , she has been forced to accept Kiras way of life .

Sayu's pov

Misa picked out a nice café but she seemed distant.  It was like she was there but she wasn't.  Something was definitely up . As soon as we got a table , she imediately excused herself so she could go to the bathroom . Why is she acting so weird ? Is she pregnant ?!
