Over The Past Couple Years

Chapter 1

Almost seven years have went by since all of that drama had gone down where Edd was Kidnapped by his crazy Ex and Marie and Eddy risked their lives to get him back.

Since then, Edd and Eddy had managed to push past any obstacles that came their way. From homophobic schoolmates and parents who would do just about anything it took to keep them away from each other. To the extremely long distance of their colleges. Eddy did end up going to college, but since his marks weren't nearly as extraordinary as his genius boyfriend. He ended up going to a small community college in his hometown whiles Eddward was off to Harvard. Having a long distance relationship was tough, especially since Edd had stayed a little bit longer in university to get his masters degree. And there were other guys in Edd's college that had their eye on him.

Their friends Lori, Arden and Ed all went their separate ways to, but promised that they would keep in touch.

Lorianne Borelli went off to study in physiology so she can spend the rest of her days helping people just like her and her best friend Double D everyday to get past whatever it is their going through.

Arden Greenberg went off to become a teacher, her years off correcting teachers who taught incorrect information, inspired her to become a teacher who taught correct and useful information. Information that will actually help them later in life. She nearly got fired several times for straying away from the curriculum and teaching life lessons like how to pay taxes.

Ed, he didn't go to college, he barely even passed high school, but he went to go live with his boyfriend Rufus. They eventually got married whiles everyone else was in their second year of college or university. It was a beautiful wedding and everyone from the cul de sac, except Kevin, who was still in a madhouse, was there. They now had their own adopted son named Isaac Stephen who loved chickens and farm animals like his Dad and was now 6 years old. Edd loved Isaac because he loves children and wants some of his own, Ed and Rufus made him Isaac's godparent. Eddy promised that he and Edd can adopt a kid of their own when the time was right. That would be when they were 100% sure that they could provide for a kid.

Eddward Vincent went off to join a group of scientists who worked in an organization where they get to make all sorts of inventions everyday. He would be building all sorts of gadgets from all these little parts that people viewed as useless or trash. Turning them into something amazing, just like he did growing up.

And Eddy, he became an auto mechanic since he also kind off had an interest in cars plus it payed a good amount of cash. So he would be able to provide for his love, even though his boyfriend made a fair amount of cash as well.

As of this moment, right now in the present, Eddy was driving home to his boyfriend.

Today was excruciatingly long and boring. It was a very slow workday today, in fact, no cars even came in. But tomorrow is the end of the month so I'm getting a nice, big, pay check. I can't wait to go home and be with my Eddward. He stayed home today because he said he wasn't feeling 100%. I hope he's doing better when I get home, I hate it when he's sick.

I pulled into our driveway.

I couldn't see any lights on in our house, was he taking a nap?

I unlocked the door and went inside.

"Edd I'm home!" I called out, but there was no answer.
