It was Friday,

I was taking a day off today because I was told not to come to work today because I looked like crap yesterday, pardon my language, but that was their exact words.

They said.

'Edd! What are still doing here? Go home, you're sick! You look like crap! And you have extra sick days. So stay home tomorrow, got it?!'

My co-workers are truly kind hearted people, but they say nice things in an aggressive way.

So now I'm taking a day off, which Eddy said I need.

He went back to work very early in the morning today.

Right now, I was in the shower getting ready for my day out with rave. Yes, I should be relaxing, but what's more relaxing then spending a day with the most reserved person I know?

It will just be the two of us.

His daughter Crystal was with Nat, having a play date with Nazz and Benny's children, William and Sydney. Since Nat and Nazz are still very close friends. Rave doesn't have work today either, he works at a local theatre and performs on certain nights, sometimes he even travels across the country to preform.

When I was done I dried myself off and got dressed.

I was going to meet Rave at a café for breakfast, then we will spend the rest of the day walking around town and maybe going shopping at the mall.

I grabbed my car keys and took my car to work, me and Eddy both have our own cars because one, we already had our own cars before we moved in with each other. And two, we both leave for work at different times and come home from work at different times.

Eddy leaves earlier and comes home earlier, usually. And I leave a couple minutes after Eddy, and come home much much later.

Once I reached the café I parked my car and walked in.

There was Rave sitting by the window, he waved me over and I took a seat at his table.

"Greetings Rave."

"Greetings Edd, it's been so long since I've seen you, how are things going for you?"

"Things have been just fine, I've just been feeling a little ill."

"Ill? In what way?" He said kind of concerned.

"I don't know, I've just been feeling sick. Like throwing up almost everyday, headaches and stomach pains. And I don't know why, but all I wanna do is lay down, and eat candies."
