Chapter 14

So you guys, I have a weird way of functioning.

I always ask someone which story /idea they like better. Or in this case, which fanfic idea they think is better. Or I ask if you guys want me to write a story about....
But regardless of what you guys want, I usually do what I want anyways.
So I asked you guys if you wanted me to write a spongebob x Squidward.
But guess what, I'm writing it anyways.
Why do I even ask people things if I'm just gonna do what I want anyways?

For example, I ask you guys which you like better, the pink shirt or the blue shirt. And you say the pink shirt. And it only makes me realize that I hate the pink shirt and I'm gonna go with the blue one regardless of your opinion.

Oh well...

Any ways..I'm writing it.. It's just gonna be for fun. It's gonna be random, probably short. So yeah...

The cover looks something like this and the title (for now) is 'just another love story'. Love triangles may occur, you've read the first book to this fan fic, so you should know that love triangles will be a common theme.

By my profile pic, you should've suspected that this would happen. 3 chapters are already published.

Edd was nearly 4 months pregnant now, his baby bump was starting to become a little more noticeable. It was very difficult and awkward explaining his weight gain to his co-workers. He sat in a rocking chair with his hand on his stomach.

Eddy was painting the walls of what used to be their spare room blue. Not because they were having a boy necessarily, they didn't know the gender of their child yet. But because Edd simply liked the colour blue. And blue doesn't have to be just for a boy, many girls love the colour blue. It's a unisex colour.

He painted the walls baby blue. Edd was sitting down because he wanted him to relax. Edd was looking through the list of names he came up with by looking through the book of baby names. They had around 5-6 months left to come up with a perfect name, he didn't want to wait until last minute. It would be a disaster if he was 9 months pregnant and had no name figured out and nothing prepared for when the baby came home. They needed a crib, a bottle, baby clothes, diapers, they had nothing yet!

"Eddy."

"Yes my love?" He said rolling the paint roller on the wall.

"We have to go shopping for baby things."

"Oh, you're right. Wanna come up with a list of what we need, later we can go to had store and put a dent in the list of items.

"Ok." He flipped to the next page of his notepad and started to make a list of what they needed.

(Time skip)

They were on their way to 'babies r us' to buy some baby things, today they will be only looking for a crib and some blankets and pillows to put in the crib.

They walked into the store, it was filled with Dads carrying their baby's and toddlers and women who were also expecting.

They walked towards the crib section.

"Look at this one, isn't it cute?" Edd said with a smile. He was standing next to the crib that was decorated with fish designs and blue blankets and pillows.

"Yeah." He felt the cushioning. "It's really soft too, I almost wish I was small enough to fit in here." He said jokingly.

Edd giggled in response.

They kept on looking around at other cribs and blankets, also making sure the price was right.

"Hello, may I help you?" One of the employees asked.

"Oh, yeah, we were just looking at different cribs, d'ya have any others? Or is this all there is?"

"Oh yea! There is more this way fallow me!" He said enthusiastically.

The couple fallowed him to the other cribs.

"I think that you and your wife will like this one."

"Wife?" Edd asked.

Eddy tried to keep in his laughter. He thinks Double D is a chick.

"Yeah, oh I'm sorry! Are you two not married?"

Edd was upset. Eddy draped his arm around him to try and cheer him up.

"No, not yet."

"Oh..well then. I think that you will like these ones, they're at a reasonable price too. If you need anything my name is Jerry." H Essie walking away.

Edd still looked upset.

"What's the matter baby?" He wrapped his arms around Edd.

"He thinks I'm a woman Eddy." Eddy laughed a bit.

"Yeah I know."

"Why does everyone think I'm a girl? I'm not that feminine." He said, it was all muffled because he was burying his face in Eddy's broad chest.

"I don't know baby. Why don't you pick out a crib, ok?" He said rubbing circles around Edd's back which he knew helped to calm him down

"Ok." He sniffed.

"Don't be sad Edd." He said gently.

He kept his arm around Edd whiles he picked out a crib.

(Time skip)

Eddy was putting the crib together whiles Edd read the instructions to him.

He let Edd tell him where he wanted the crib to go. He placed near the corner of the room close by the rocking chair. That way Edd would be able sit near the baby's crib.

When he was done setting up the crib he and Edd went to the living room so that they can cuddle on the couch whiles watching a movie.
