Chapter 13

Jack

I hear hiccups as I walk down the hallway. Slightly opening the door Elsa sits beside Winter with tears running down her eyes. "Elsa?" She quickly wipes them and turns to look at me. "I heard you crying. "I state. She doesn't much shocked. I walk closer towards her and pull Elsa into an embrace. She wraps her arms around my waist and cries further. Hiccuping and voighinh between. I run my fingers through her hair and force to look at me.

"Elsa what seems to be the matter?" Jack, if I ever turn dark. Do whatever it takes to stop Pitch"Elsa-"Please?" I stare back at her red eyes. Knowing the fact that she is considering if the dark sand in her blood ever unleash into her mind. "Yes"I agree. She faintly smiles. Giving me a peck on the lips. I cup her cheeks and place my lips on hers. She pulls back and rests her head on my shoulder while we stand a few feet from Winter who lays on the bed.

I furrow my brows and pull myself from Elsa. Bending to check on Winter. "Winter?" I call to her. Her body doesn't seem to be moving. Elsa bends beside me and brushes Winter hair back. "Snowflake?" I call to Winter once again. Elsa grasps Winter arm and places her fingers on Winter wrist. Next she places her hand on Winter chest. "Jack she has a faint pulse. "

Immediately I pick up Winter and run towards North. Elsa awakening the others. North settles himself near to the globe with the rest of the guardians. "North! North!" Upon hearing my voice he turns and walks towards me and Winter with a concern face. "Winter...she's not breathing too well. Her pulse is fading". North takes Winter from my hands and signals to Sandy. Sandy quickly releases his gold an sand above Winter head. Her dream showing. "This will help us to see if she is still alive and how quickly she is fading".

I nod and follow North. Tooth opens a room. Features of the room looking like royalty. A single king size bed with white sheets settle between two large windows with gold bars. A cabinet set aside with different colour liquids inside glass containers. Another cabinet set on the opposite side of the room with medical equipment. Bunnymud and Tooth help North to set up for Winter.

" Since Winter is half human her body won't react to magic so well. Hopefully with your blood flowing through her she is able to react to some"Tooth states as she places on the small drawer a pink liquid. Elsa and the rest rush in. "What happened?" Hiccup asks. "I don't know"I simply state as the Guardians start to connect Winter to the various equipment and magic supplies. "Can't I heal her?" Sorry mate but this is something that is unable to heal with your Sun magic"Bunnymud states and turns on the machines.

North draws some blood from Winter and holds the container. Gently swirling it. He places the bottle on the small table. A black liquid swirls in between the redness and blue-ish colours

I sit beside Winter while Elsa rests. North enters with a concerned look. "And?" I ask sounding slightly raspy. "Seems the reason Pitch gave Winter back so easily was that he poisoned her. His hopes holding onto the thought of allowing Elsa to watch her die since she did not take his offer"

"But she was perfectly fine and the Sandy-"It was to heal wounds. Not poisen. We can't insert anything into her body. The sand he used is powerful. "

"So we just allowing her to die!?"

"Don't be hasty Jack. Calm yourself. There is a cure but it is highly impossible to find it"

"What is it?"

"The sun flower"

"But Rupunzel has-"

"I know but the flower is rare. They were lucky enough to find it for the Queen of Corona. Rupunzel has the ability but the herb of flower needs to be pure. Meaning straight from the flower. Pitch probably had the cure but I advice fighting for it is worthless. His deal stands firm on Elsa"

I click my tongue and shift further back into my seat. "Where could it possibly seem to be growing?"

"Hopefully Corona. Rupunzel kingdom. The land is pure and moist. Has many greenlands and hidden gardens. The flower tends to land in a very hidden place. "

I nod and walk out. The rest seat themselves in the globe room. All looking worn out.

"Rupunzel we going to Corona"
