Chance's POV

I woke up at 3 AM to get everything ready. Team 10 agreed to stay at a hotel after their party so Tessa and I could be alone. I'm so excited to see her reaction. She has no idea how much I love her. 

I head downstairs and head out the door so I could pick up the flowers, balloons, streamers, and most importantly-the tickets. I really went all out. You know what they say "actions speak louder than words". If this doesn't spell out how much I love Tessa then I don't know what does. 

It's 7 AM and I gently wake Tessa up. 

"It's time for the big reveal" I whisper in her ear.

"Hmm?" she asks sleepily

"Remember? I have a surprise for you." I chuckle

She bolts up and looks around excitedly. "Where is it? I wanna see!"

"Hold on a second. Calm down and take a breath." I slowly say. She must be really excited. 

"Ok, ok fine. I'm breathing now. Happy?" 

I smile. "Happy."

"Alright let's go downstairs, Tessa. I've got a big surprise waiting for you." 

We head downstairs and she gasps. She looks around and turns back around to face me. She leaps into my arms and kisses my cheek. 

"I love it Chance!"

I smile, I knew this would make her happy. But I had something else planned...

"Hey Tessa, I've got another surprise. An even better one."

She looks at me with wide eyes and is smiling from ear to ear. I pull two tickets from my back pocket for Paris, France. She sees the tickets and grabs them from my hand.

"Oh.my. gosh. Chance! Is it real? This isn't a prank, is it?"

"Of course not. It's all real, we leave tomorrow."

She hugs me tight and I laugh. I knew I made the right decision. All the struggling and frustration that led up to this point was totally worth it. 

"Wait, why Paris?" She asks with confusion.

I laugh once again. "Remember? I was at Jessica's house last night. That's what I needed from her. I asked her where's one place you've always wanted to go. She answered with a simple Paris, France."

She smiles.

 That smile is all I could ever ask for in life. 

That amazing smile.
