chapter 7

It was the day after Christmas and Lavinia got an owl from Hermione.

Lavinia

I hope you had a nice Christmas. Could you ask them friends of yours if they know Nicholas Flamel? Thanks

Hermione

Lavinia knew she had seen his name before but couldn't remember where she had seen it. She then folded the paper up and went into the library to read up on spells.

She was in the library for about an hour when Rose skipped in. "How did I know you'd be in here?" Rose asked. "Oh I don't know, maybe it's because I'm always in here!" She said. "Okay whatever I was wondering if you'd like to go to Diagon ally?" Rose asked. "No I'll just stay here" Lavinia said.

Rose and the others then left even though they were grounded. When they came back they ate dinner.

A few mornings later Rose jumped onto her waking her up. "Rose, it's my last day here. Let me sleep" Lavinia groaned. "I know that's why I'm waking you up. Pack your damn trunk!"Rose smiled. Lavinia pushed her off and Rose landed on the floor. Rose then got up and dragged her out of bed.

When they went downstairs Carl was there. "Don't you have your own home?" Rose asked. "Yes Rose I do. What I find unfair and stupid is you complain about me being here but Cameron don't complain about Lavinia sleeping here. I mean she has her own fucking manor! Why ain't she there?" Carl snapped. "Why I ain't there is none of your damn business!" She hissed. She then went upstairs and got dressed.

She grabbed her wand and came out her room,as she was coming out of her room Cameron stopped her. " Where are you going?" He asked. "Out" she said leaving him.

She went to her Aunt Andromeda's house. "Lavinia we wasn't expecting you" aunt Andromeda said. "Sorry to just come" she apologised. "Nah its okay. "Tonks smiled. She then explained why she was there to them.

"Don't listen to him. He doesn't know anything about what you saw in that house. Anyone would need a break from there with what you saw" Tonks said. "Yeah he's just a pathetic little boy. He doesn't have dark wizards in his family or seen what you saw,so he doesn't know what it feels like!" Andromeda said.

At 11pm she went back to Smith Manor. Her aunt Lana ran up to her. "I heard about what Carl said to you. Don't listen to that little boy. He doesn't know anything about you and had no right saying what he did." Her aunt Lana said. "I know but I might go back more often. To get used to it, i can't avoid it forever" Lavinia smiled. "Yeah I understand" her aunt said. She was glad her aunt Lana was so understanding.

She then went upstairs and got dressed into her comfy clothes and started packing her trunk. Once she had finished packing it she went to bed.
