Chapter - 24

~~Lily's POV~~

I blinked several more times to comprehend where I was at and what was happening around me. Lori stood next to me as did my brother and student walked around us in the beacon hills parking lot. I dropped my backpack and spun around, pinched myself in the process, making sure it wasn't a dream.

"Lily, are you Okay?" Lori asked as I looked myself up and down. I was in the clothes I was wearing the night of the final ghost rider attack and they were fine, smelt clean and I wasn't injured.

"Lils?" Brett asked and put a hand on my arm. "You doing okay?" Not wasting a single moment I pulled them both into a hug.

"You won't believe what just happened." I told them everything and their expressions worsened.

"What do you mean the ghost riders came to beacon hills?" Lori asked just as Phoebe showed up with Liam in toe.

"Lily, what's Brett and Lori doing here?" She asked with a smile.

"Well since you helped saved their lives I'm going to happily tell you the truth." I said and Brett shot me a look. "Brett it's the least we can do. I'm not a little girl anymore and you need to stop being my father and start being my brother."

"It's to dangerous?" He told me.

"Keeping them kept in the dark is dangerous. Hanging out with you and Lori on a full moon is dangerous." I countered and Brett's eyes knew I wasn't going to back down.

"Lily is our sister," Lori said and both Brett and I shot her shocked looks while Phoebe and Liam stared at me in shock. "The werewolf gene didn't take on her and when our parents died Satomi thought it best lily be raised in a human household until Brett and I learned control. She has been taking care of us and our pack from behind the scenes."

"I knew your scent smelt familiar." Liam said and Brett turned his eyes onto Liam, causing the boy to shrink away a little.

"You smelt my sister?" Brett asked just as I saw Theo leaning against his ute as he watched us.

"I'll be right back." I told the group but they were all tied up arguing they didn't see me leave. Except for Brett, who's gaze I felt follow me all the way to Theo.

"So, you're a human who's siblings are born wolves," he says with an amused look. "How's that work?"

"I prefer the term dormant thank you," I crossed my arms and eyed his ute. "And Lori says I act enough like a wolf to be classed like one with the clothes and outgoing personality." His amusement grew.

"Okay then 4.7, whatever you say."

I looked at him then and shook my head. "That nickname sucks wolfboy besides where are you going to live now? Heard your parents moved away once you went underground. Literally." I said slightly amused.

He shrugged and moved to the drivers door, me following closely behind. "I don't know but I'll figure something out once I get some clothes and what not."

"You sure? My family could probably set up up somewhere if you need to." He sent me a smile before hoping in the car. I leant up and set my hands on the open window.
