i grab my phone and click on the contact 'finn <3'.

apparently everyone was looking over my shoulder because sadie said,

"ooh y/n. nice contact name for finn" and she adds a little wink at the end.

i roll my eyes and say jokingly

"yeah. wanna see gaten's?"

sadie shrugs.

i go to gaten's contact and it says,

'GATEN💞'

"not that big of a difference, but i mean it's more extra than finn's. but all of y'all have a heart next to your name so.

"anyways, back to texting finn."

i say.

i go back to finn's contact and i message him saying,

"are you a parking ticket? cuz you got fineeeeeeee written all of you ;)))"

i start laughing and i manage to say in between giggles,

"he will never want to be my friend again after this."

the others start to laugh along with me until i get a message from finn saying,

"back at you ;)"

i start laughing and my jaw drops.

is he actually trying to flirt with me?

the others look at my phone trying to see what changed my emotion so quickly.

millie was the first to speak up,

but gaten interrupted her by saying,

within seconds finn texts back,
