"Excuse me, is this the YG restaurant?"
A man with alabaster skin appeared in my line of vision, I tore my gaze for just a moment before turning to face him. I thought my heart stopped when I faced him.
"Sir, I can't answer at the moment." I pinched my nose, causing him to quirk his eyebrow.
"Why--"
"You smell like crap. You might have stepped on it."
He sniffed around and checked the soles of his shoes, "Aish! Crap!"
"Exactly," I sprayed around the pub and was about to walk to the staff room, hearing a "Hey!"
"What?" I back chatted in the most polite way possible.
"You can't just walk away from someone who's speaking to you--" he grabbed your chin to face him close to your eye level.
You only gave him a blank look, before blowing his face, to which he pulled back."I don't think anyone even myself can serve you, you're driving my customers away. YG bar is around the corner, please head there immediately," I stated, stepped over from my station to spray around the shop, not till he grasped my wrist.
"How dare you even speak in that tone to me, especially to your customer--"
"You're not a customer. You haven't bought anything," I pried his hands off of mine, it didn't work.
"Let. Go." I threatened, he laughed dryly, "I will buy someth--"
"I don't want your business. Please come back next time when you don't smell like $#!t," I remarked, twisting his fingers when he didn't listen.
"I know I sound rude, but I'm not impartial. I serve different people here and all but I'm thinking of my other customers here too..." Finally breaking free from his hold, I went back to my staff room.
He scratched the back of his head in confusion, thinking why didn't his business partners have not utter a word about this. Not even his employees that walked him here before departing?
Standing there awkwardly, he decided the best way was to leave, so just when he was about to, he heard a "Catch!"
He caught it effortlessly, and grabbed a plastic bag filled with a roll of tissue paper and cleaning agent along with a flower flavoured spray, "That should help you on your way to YG bar if you're meeting someone," I uttered before grabbing a mop and bucket.
He smiled slightly but left a business card on your counter. "Next time, I will come back and this time is to this bar!"
Your eyes trailed at the card before you. "Jeon Enterprise huh? CEO? Not bad."
Soon was behind me, her hands on my shoulders, leaning forward to see the card, "Unnie, what do you have there?"
"Some business card....from Jeon Enterprise.." tucking it in my back pocket.
"No way!" She shrieked, moving her head in all directions, "Where is he?"
"Going to YG's," shaking her hands off me, giving me room to actually do work.
"YG's? Our's is better," she huffed at the thought, sitting on one the stools.
I ruffled her hair, laughing at her sudden attitude, "Calm down, both places are great in their own way."
"Unnie, you're really calm and wise," she sighed deeply, "Will he ever come back?"
Looking up at the glass window, a faint silhouette of the same man was leaving my eyes in short seconds, "We'll see."
