Heartbreak

So Mako and a girl named Asami are dating and Korra has become sadden by it. Korra has started to talk to Bolin more and I have not spoken to any of them at all.

"Suva can I ask you something?" Bolin asked softly.

"You just did but sure you can ask me anything." I said looking at him.

"Okay so how do you tell a girl you like her?" He asked awkwardly.

"Depends on the girl I guess."

"It's Korra.... how do I ask her out?" Bolin asked happily.

"Well... give her flowers." I said before walking away.

"Is that all?!" He yelled.

"Yea it is!" I yelled back as I ran back to the house.

I made it to my room and slid down the wall as tears streamed down my face. They next day Korra told me about how she kissed Mako and Bolin saw and now the boys where fighting. Soon they stopped and we got word that a man named Amon was going to attack the final tournament.

"Korra I can't allow you to compete." Tenzin said forcibly.

"But then they will lose!" Korra yelled.

"He is right you could lose your bending." Lin said looking at her.

"But...."

"Nothing She is fighting." I said stepping forward.

"No-"

"You may be my cousin but I don't have to listen to you.... if they forfeit they loss the opportunity to get this guy. Korra will be fine." I said smiling at Tenzin.

"Fine.... but please be safe." He begged.

The fight ended with them losing and falling into the water. I sigh sadly before I look up to see Amon. I saw as he electrocuted Korra and the team. I quickly shoot my water daggers at him and his team.

"So if it isn't Suva the daughter of the late Chief Sokka." Amon said as he dodged my attack.

I quickly attack him once more with my whip. I slide under him kicking his feet out from under him. I flip back on my feet and make a move to knock him out before I feel electricity course through my body.

"Ah!!" I yell as I hit the ground.

"Well it appears you loss Suva, but don't worry I won't take your bending I'll take something better." Amon said standing up.

I make a move to stand but turned my face to see his foot knock me out. I wake up in a hospital with Korra and the boys in chairs.

"What happen?" I asked.

"Oh thank god your awake!" Korra yelled hugging me.

"We thought you would never wake up." Bolin said happily.

I moved my arm and sighed as I saw I still had my bending.

"Thank god.... we thought he took it." Mako exclaimed.

I sighed as I set up and dragged my feet to the side.

"You should rest." Bolin said softly.

"No as daughter of the late Chief Sokka I need to make sure everyone is okay." I said as I went to stand.

The moment I stood up I fell to the floor. I turned to look at my feet to see that they where in a cast.

"What happen to my legs?" I asked shocked.

"He broke them both...while you where passed out." Korra explained.

I felt Bolin pick me up and place me back on the bed.

"That isn't what I mean..... why can't I feel my legs?" I asked with tear filled eyes.

"Katara get in here!" Korra yelled as she rushed to the door.

"Remember always use your feet when in a fight." Aunty said smiling at me.

"Okay Aunty like this?" I asked as I used my feet to make a water shield.

"Perfect.. don't you think Sokka?" She asked happily.

"She can do better." He said softly.

"Sokka!" Aunty yelled.

"She can she is my daughter.... and I expect everything she does to be better than perfect." My father said walking away.

After he left I spent a week practicing and I almost skipped my third birthday.
