"Come on Snap let's be reasonable." Clint backed up as I walked closer to him. A cup of water was in my hand ready to be splashed on his face. I got closer and closer.
"Wolves don't wear crowns Clint." He put his hands up in surrender.
"I get it, I get it." Everyone around us started to giggle. I threw the cup forward as the elevator dinged. A blue swoosh blurred in front of me and took Clint away.
I shifted, my muscles tensed. The blur stopped in front of the large window. His silhouette was strong. He smelled dangerous. I know this smell... Quicksilver.
I growled as I approached him. The man didn't move he just stared at me.
"Guys..." the man looked around," wasn't she just a girl." His accent was thick.
"Snap, don't." I tuned out to Clint's words. Red overcame my vision. It seemed to swirl. Nothing happened, I continued to walk towards the man in front of me.
Something touched me, "Grace stop!" I turned around to see Bruce with arms wrapped around me. I shifted.
"What are you doing with Quicksilver?" I commanded at Tony. He was behind Bruce waited for events unfold.
"This man....Scarlett Witch." I whipped around the brunette was standing there. A dumbfounded expression caked her face.
"How come my powers did not work on you?" Her accent was thick but not like her twin's. I laughed," I was created
to destroy you. I'm your contingency plan."—————————————————————————————
