After arriving back home, you walk into the house to find Cas, Sam, Dean, and Crowley in the living room. You hold Callie on your hip and walk in confusedly.
"What's everyone doing here...?" You place the bag of items on the side table.
Cas walks over to you, Sam following slowly behind him.
"Do you have everything?" He asks. You nod.
"Your scaring me, I do but... What's wrong?" You ask. He pulls you into a kiss. After releasing, he looks at Callie, and then at you.
"I'm sorry..." he says, Sam quickly grabs your arm and Cas taps your head.
In a flash, you appear at the bunker with Callie and Sam.
Callie still on your hip, you try not to scream in frustration as she looks at you, shocked at how you had just teleported.
Your eyes swell with tears as you put her down.
"I'll be in in a second, go to your room really quickly, ok monkey?" You ask her, she nods and runs through the hallway to her room. You turn to Sam, your face red with anger and confusion.
"Y/n...-" he begins.
"No. Just, I don't even know where to begin! Cas and Dean, and Crowley, a-are going to kill them now, aren't they?" You ask, throwing your hands up.
"Cas didn't want you to get hurt."
"I don't care! I don't care what he wanted as long as our baby was safe and there were plenty of ways we could've stopped them with having to scare the living shit out of our daughter by teleporting her. Did you see her face, Sam?!" You shriek.
"Mommy..." Callie peeks her head through the doorway. You slightly wipe the tear from your cheek and walk over to her.
"What happened? How did we get here?" She asks you.
You sigh and pick her up, walking to the room and placing her on the bed. You kneel on the ground and cross your arms on the bed and look at her.
You remember the swear that you and Cas had made to each other when Callie was born- to not tell her all the secrets of your lives until she was old enough, or until the time came.
"... Do you remember the story I used to read you. About the angels that watch over you when you sleep?" You ask her. She nods solemnly.
You hold her hand in yours."What if I told you, that daddy was one of those angels..." you look at her, her eyes twinkle.
"Daddy is an angel?!" She giggles. You smile at her.
"Does that mean, that he can answer prayers like when we went to church with Mrs.Johnson?" She asks.
"Exactly, that's kinda cool right?" You smile.
"How come daddy doesn't have wings, like the angels in the book? Or a halo?" She asks. You sigh and sit on the bed next to her.
"He does, we just can't see them..." you tell her.
"Is that how we got here then?" She questions, you nod. She lays her head on your arm.
"Who else is an angel?" She asks.
You take out your necklace and hold it in your hand for a moment, contemplating wether it was time she know everything or not.
"Monkey, mommy is going to tell you some stuff, ok? And it's like, uber cool..." you joke, smiling at her.
You pull out your necklace containing your grace.
"Do you know the necklace that I always carry around?" You hold it out, she nods.
"This is what makes you an angel... It's called grace, and this is mommy's." you say, her eyes grow wide with excitement.
"Your an angel?!" She covers her mouth.
"I was... And one day I will be again, but do you want to know something even cooler than that?" You smirk, the little waves in her hair sway as she nods once more.
"You are part angel too..." you boop her nose. Her mouth drops.
"Whoa! Does that mean I have magic powers like daddy?". You notice Sam stand at the doorway.
"Uncle Sam, are you and angel too?!" She bounces on the bed, he looks at you, you nod.
"I'm not, I know... totally not cool, but do you want to know what Uncle Sam and Uncle Dean do?" He walks into the room and slides a chair over next to the bed. You half grin at him as you spend the next hour answering all of her questions.***
As you Sam and Callie all sit in the bunker, Sam's phone rings.
"Dean?"
You sit up and look at him as Callie obliviously eats craft mac and cheese next to you. Sam gestures to the door.
"Bring her to the room, they're back..." he whispers. Alarms go off in your head. You bring Callie into the rooms and turn on the TV for her, telling her you'd be back in in a few minutes.
You inpatients walk back to find Dean walking in, holding up Cas. Cas's face was bloody, along with the area underneath his hand that he was covering in his stomach. He winces as sits him down on the chair.
You quickly flick the both of them in the forehead before kneeling down beside Cas, giving him evil eyes.
"I'll beat the shit out of the two of you later, but what the hell happened?!" You unbutton his shirt, Sam walks over with the first aid kit.
"I killed them- and I can heal myself..." he grunts, attempting to stand up but failing.
"You will not, you've lost to much power mojo already..." you wipe the blood off of his face with your right hand as you sit him back in his chair with your left. You pull a chair up next to his.
"I'm gonna go occupy the kiddo..." Dean says.
"You do that.."
You continue to clean off the big gash on his stomach. He looks down at you.
"I'm sorry..." he says softly, his eyes full of guilt. You sigh and grip the rag in your hand.
"I'm just glad your ok..." you grab the gauze from the first aid kit along with some hydrogen peroxide.
"That doesn't matter, I hurt you..." he runs his hand through his hair.
"...No you didn-"
"Y/n yes I did, I can see it." He looks at you. You choke on the words you tried to get out. You let out a big breath.
"You saved our baby, Castiel. You saved me from probably getting hurt as well. As mad as I was, you did the right thing. Don't punish yourself, babe." Your eyes glisten as you stare into his. He pulls your into a tight hug, you head laying comfortably on his bare skin as you close your eyes and hug him back.
"Cas, I told Callie..." you say, still hugging him.
"I expected you would." He says, you can hear the lack of energy in his voice.
You sit up slowly and grab his hand to help him up.
"You need to rest, I'll have Dean bring us home..." you say. He nods, you grab his coat and wrap your arm around him to help him walk.***
After Dean had dropped you all of back home, you tuck Callie in her bed, then go to your room. Cas was surprisingly sleeping.
You move his hair out of the way to kiss his forehead before walking downstairs to your office. You pull out a book and flip open to a page, staring at it nervously.
"Deam ad Bellum: Tempus II" reads the top in a deep cursive.
You grab your phone and open up a translator, typing in the words.
"The War of The Goddess: Phase Two." You phone detects.
"What have I gotten myself into..." you take a deep breathe before spending the next four hours translating the entire page.
