The ride to the hospital was a blur. You could remember only the jostling of the car ride, Cas's cold fingers on your hand, and Dean's urgent yelling for a doctor. A war waged within your head between feeling happy that the fighting was over, and the torment of not knowing the conditions of your husband and daughter.
"Are Callie and Cas okay?" Your eyes flash open. Sam and Callie were sitting next to you. You had awoken in a hospital bed, which wasn't surprising to you. Callie jumps up and leans on the side of your bed.
"Are you feeling better, mommy?" Her bright blue eyes wait for your reply.
"I should be asking you the same thing munchkin." You twirl her soft brown hair with your fingers.
"Where's Cas?" Your raspy voice speaks to Sam.
"He's okay, Dean ended up taking him to that doctor you had during your pregnancy, they're over there now. Whenever you get checked out of here we'll swing over." Sam informs you, you smile slightly. "Oh, and Maria wanted me to give this to you." He hands you a little box.
Opening it, you see a necklace, one with a capsule like yours. Inside the capsule was an unforgettable blue essence, and a note.

'Y/n,
Don't mind the cut on your neck, but here's your grace back. I knew you'd be too stubborn to get rid of it again, so I took care of that when you were down. I hope all is well with you and the family, and if you ever need me, you know who to pray to. Fighting alongside you helped me realize that I need to stop living in the shadows. Until next time kid,

~Maria'

You fold the note and place it back in the box.
"Okay, you guys ready to break out of a hospital?" You look at them, Callie smiles as Sam picks her up.

Once in the car, you stare out the window impatiently. Callie was asleep in the back seat.
"Hey, Y/n... How are you feeling?" Sam asks you. You take a deep breath and watch the trees speeding by as he drives.
"I-... I'm okay." You smirk. It was the first time you meant that phrase in a while. The car begins to pull into the parking lot, and once stopped, Sam takes Callie out of the back seat as you all walk into the building.
Through a set of doors, Dean was there as Cas talked with the doctor. It went silent for a moment at your arrival before you quickly ran and jumped into his arms which wrapped so memorably around you.
"I was so scared for you." You whisper to him, hugging him tightly. "I told you I would always come back to you, Y/n, you don't have to be scared now." He says, kissing your cheek afterwards. Callie runs towards the two of you, jumping into your arms.
"Now, can we go home please." You look into his eyes, he smiles and kisses Callie's forehead. "Gladly."

Sam and Dean brought you, Cas, and Callie home. They said they'd give you the night to relax before coming over to bug you guys again.
Once home, Callie quickly ran upstairs to talk to Luke on her walky talky. You went to the kitchen, Cas following.
"Y/n-" He began, but was cut off by you pressing your lips against his. He lifted you up by your waist and placed you on the counter, you laughed
"You know, Callie saved us all." You say to him, your hand on his cheek.
"Of course she did, you made her." He replies, you playfully punch his arm. "Shut up! You helped." You laugh. "Damn right I did." He smiles and kisses you once more.
Callie comes trotting down the stairs, and you and Cas follow her into the living room, turning on the TV and finding a movie to watch. You avoided the news as you didn't want to hear anymore about the "Kansas girl found last night..." Yada-Yada topics.
She lays in between you and Cas on the couch, quickly falling asleep though. You smile and pick her up, Cas following behind you as you put her to bed.
He wrapped his arm around your shoulders, you laying your head on his.
  "I love you." You whisper.
"And I will always love you."
