Chapter Eight- I'm.... Back?

Muffled voiced drifted into Faiths ear. She could only make out a few words. "Dead.... Gone.... Mission..... Rescue.... Faith" She blinked, her vision blurry. "Come on guys! She risked her life for mine! We can't wait a day to save her's!" She could clearly place Mikey's voice. She could practically see the tears in his eyes and the pain in his heart. "I need her!" Faith groaned, a sharp Pain filling her chest. She heard gasps and footsteps. Then everyone yell, "Faith!"

Someone lifted her up and she looked up to see the blurry outline of Mikey. "Dudette! How'd you escape? Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" Faith groaned again. "I dunno, no, and yes. Very much so." Mikey giggled a little, causing a smile to come to Faith's face. He handed her to Donnie. "I'll runs few test on her and see if she's damaged internally. She doesn't look hurt to badly in the physical way. Just a few scars and bruises. "I'll help!" Hannah offered.

Faith groaned as Donnie hit a rather sore bruise on her shoulder. He winced. "S-Sorry." Hannah cleaned off the table and Donnie laid her down on it. He instructed Hannah on what he needed and she got it for him without hesitation. Scars brow furrowed. "How the shell did she get back?" "Yeah! And what happened to the wound that Karai gave her? Mikey said she was stabbed." Olivia agreed.

"Maybe Mikey was in shock from seeing her captured. Maybe he just imagined it." Leo said. "Yeah. He's still a kid." Raph added "You guys are the same age!" Scar hissed. Raph shrugged. "He's younger than Donnie by a few seconds." Scar's eyes narrowed in aggrivation. "Nonetheless," Olivia began. "It's strange."

As Faith drifted off, thanks to the seditive Donnie gave her, her eyes flashed a bright shade of gold. But it was gone as soon as it'd come.
