The next day I was running late due to the fact I was rushing to finish my vocabulary homework. The bus stop was 2 blocks away so I rushed there. Just as I got there, the bus pulled away. Defeated, I sat on the curb and waited for the next bus. The skies were gray and there was not a sign of sun. Heavy clouds were in the sky and gusts of wind made my curly hair tangle. All of a sudden, there was a tap on my shoulder. I tilted my head and saw that it was this boy in my PE class. He was fairly tall and pretty good looking. I forget his name though.

"You're in my PE class right?" He asked and sat down next to me. I nodded noncholantly.

"My name is Alan," he grabbed my hand and I stood up.

"Tori," I smiled at him and yanked my hand away. It was kind of weird to have a near stranger holding my hand. I kept admiring his looks. He wasn't a bad choiice to have as a boyfriend, plus, he was nice.

"Let's run to school!' He suggested.

"Are you insane!?" I gasped and looked at him. Fuzzies started crawling up my back.

"Nah," he shrugged. I checked the bus times; 20 minutes! Oh well, might as well. I got up and we started to fast walk and talk about random things. He made my morning sunny.

When I arrived, Louis was the first one to confront me.

"Why are you later?" He demanded. I rolled my eyes and sighed. If only the teachers weren't so persistant o have him seated right next to me in every single solitary class.

"Just because," I shrugged and tried to focus on the most boring book ever.

"Because what?" I decided to just ignore him and inwardly squeal about Alan. I couldn't help it. Louis then decided to consistanly poke my arm till I slapped him on the arm. It made a sastifactory slapping sound and Louis winced in pain.

"Ok geez," he rubbed his arm. Peace at last.

"So that's the guy?" Alison asked me in PE. We were jogging laps and I told her, Sabrina and Bekka about the Alan dude.

"Here he comes," Bekka swished her hair and ran away. Sabrina followed her. Alison gave me a mysterious glance and raced away. I yelled at them but they were too far to hear. Abandoned, I continued my pace. Alan ended up right next to me.

"Hi!" He brightly smiled, melting me.

"Hey," I played it cool. He and I were just jogging next to each other, comfortable silence in the air.

"You know for the upcoming Great America trip? Wanna go on some rides together?" He asked as we neared the end. Bekka and Sabrina were making winks and nudges directed toward us. I shot them a glare.

"Sure!" I cheerfully bid him goodbye to my friends.

"Oh snap!" Sabrina blurted out.

"Are you on level 3 with him now?" Alison tilted her head.

"Level 3?" I was really confused. Looking at Sabrina and Bekka for an answer, I bent down to tie my shoelace.

"I don't know." Sabrina and Bekka chorused in sync. They had this telepathic thing going.

"I'll tie it," Louis appeared out of nowhere.

"No! You might tie them together!" I tanked my foot away but he bugged me till I let him. Bekka was holding back some laughter.

"Level one, geting to know each other... level two, talking. Level three, giving gifts, level 4 going out. Level 5 kissing.. that's all I got,"  Alison rattled off.

"I'm on level 2 then." It was true, within the morning, we became fast friends.

"Who?" Louis listened, interested. I swatted him awaay and we continued our conversation.

"So what did he ask you?" Sabrina begged me to ask her.

"To ride some rides with him in G.A." I smiled like an idiot. Maybe I was kind of developing a crush on him.

"Oh snap!" Sabrina repeated before the teacher whistled.

"You should," Alison whispered as we got in our squads. Louis, of course, was next to me and he, for once, wasn't bugging me. He was deep in thought. Little did I know that he heard every single word we had said. And he had a prickly, ugly feeling.

3rd POV: (Point of View)

"This can't be! She has a crush?" He thought to himself. He couldn't bring himself to admit that he did have a crush on you ever since that day he saw your mad skills at building sandcastles.

Alan, seated behind Louis had his mind occupied on Sabrina. Sabrina was a really pretty girl with sparkly eyes and nice hair. He had a crush on her since 6th grade when they had the same classes. A plan had stirrred up in his mind. He knew that Tori was a great friend of Sabrina and maybe, just maybe, he could date her to use her to get him closer to Sabrina.

Sabrina and Alison were giggling like schoolgirls about their favorite kpop band, Exo. Tori rolled her eyes, not much of a korean fan. Bekka was daydreaming about who knew what. Louis realized that he was jealous. Jealous of the boy that had caught Tori's attention when he himself couldn't do so.

After class, Louis went to his fellow besties. They called themselves One Direction.

"Harry, can I tell you something," Louis would confide to Harry first because the other 3 were fighting over a bag of chips.

"You can tell me anything," Harry sat down.

"I like Tori."

"YOU WHAT?" Harry gasped, not expecting that at all. Harry's shriek attracted the other 3's attention.

"What's the big deal?" Zayn sat on the table.

"He likes Tori!" Harry exclaimed, still getting used to that idea.

"Shh! Keep it a secret promise?" This secret was going nowhere.

"Promise," they all told him, still in shock. Niall's eyes were wide open, Zayn had fallen off the table and was picking himself up, Liam was choking on some water he just drank and Harry sat stock still. Most surprised of all was Louis and he had a warm feeling in his heart.

No matter what, he would fight for her.
