ch 7

"OMG LOOK!!! THIS LOOKS SO --" Bekka was excitedly looking at a map she got and wasn't looking at where she was going so she ended up running into a tall pole wth instructions.

"AHH!" She screeched before rubbing her forehead. I bet there was a bruise there. It was hilarious but I held in my laughter.

"Stupid pole.." I heard her muttering. We asked if she was fine and when she was, I couldn't help it, I laughed. Sabrina and Alison joined me.

"What were you saying before?" Liam asked her.

"Oh yea." Bekka grinned like a little child, "HAUNTED HOUSE!" I gulped at that idea. The haunted house sounded well haunted, but I guess I'd pull through with my friends.

"W-what?" Louis blinked, horrified.

"You a wimp," I teased him.

"No." He showed me his 'muscles.'

"Then let's go!" Harry cheered and all of us ran toward the direction Bekka pointed us in.

"Oooh~ are we gonna see ghosts?" Alison clapped her hands.

"We are not going to die," I heard Sabrina chant over and over. I clapped my hands over my mouth to muffle some laughter.

"This looks creepy," Zayn commented. We stood in front of a huge raggedy looking house with cobwebs covering it. I hated spiders and didn't know if these cobwebs were real or not. Some shattered windows could me seen and shrieks could be heard.

"This looks...fun!" Louis faked a smile.

"Uh huh." I agreed unenthusiastically.

"IS THAT A SPIDER!?!?!?" Sabrina pointed at something. Alison's eyes widened as she backed up.

"AHHHHHHH!" Bekka screamed. The girls had the fear of bugs.

"Well, let's go!" Liam and Harry took the lead. 

"I don't wanna be in the back," Louis complained.

"You have me," Niall cheekily smiled. Louis whacked him and Niall made a squeaky noise.

"Here we go," I took a deep breath and we entered.

"Whoa, that's cool," Bekka checked out the surroundings. 

"Mhm." It was cool. We could literally see nothing but mirrors. This reminded me of Bloody Mary. I squeaked and caught up with the girls.

"AHHH!" A sudden scream was heard. The lights flickered on and off, illuminating our faces in the mirror. I caught my breath because it was so freaky.

"Louis would scream first," Zayn laughed from the front.

"Check out this room," Harry's voice was awed. They must've moved up already.

"Whoa," I breathed as we entered.

"It's... like magical," Sabrina whispered. All around us were crystals. They were sharp and dangerous, yet it was beautiful.

"OWW!" I heard Liam yelp. Harry's laughter echoed. I guess we were in a cave.

"Clumsy," Alison muttered under her breath. Just then, a flapping of wings were to be heard. I jumped up a couple of inches.

"BATS," Sabrina's voice got high ptiched.

"NOO THEY ARE GOING TO MESS UP MY HAIR!" Bekka wailed. 

"They're furry," Alison had touched one. I moved away from her. 

"DIEEEE!" Louis yelled. Niall was smiling brightly in an eerie way.

"Next room," Zayn's nervous voice was heard. We quickly went to the next room. Again, it was pitch black. The only things we could make out were stacks of boxes and a huge table.

"Sit..." A deep voice came over the speaker.

"Wahh!" I shuddered.

"Do as he say I guess," Liam shrugged and took a seat. We all got comfortable in our seats, Louis, again, besides me.

"What's gonna happen?" Alison leaned over to whisper to me.

"I have no idea," I frowned and looked around. A clang was heard and something made the table shake. It was so sudden, all of us released a small scream.

"W-what was t-that?" Louis shuddered, and moved his chair closer to mine. Scrapes were heard and all of a sudden, a face was in front of me.

"GUHHHHH!" The face moaned. I guess there was one face infront of each person because we all yelped. The face had red eyes. I was staring at nothing but red all of a sudden. A clammy feeling came over me.

"Are we going to die?" Sabrina tentatively looked around. The faces disappeared.

"No...I hope," Liam led us to the final room.

"That wasn't so bad," Harry smiled, relieved. 

"Sureee," Bekka rubbed her arms. I looked around. It was a long hallway and it was very very dark. A glow in the dark sign read, 'Go one by one.' I gulped and felt a hand holding mine. It was a warm hand. I turned and saw that the owner was Louis.

"I'm scared," his voice was tiny and scared.

"Then you go first." I looked at the hallway cautiously.

"I'll go." Harry volunteered. All of us gave sighs of relief.

"Let's form a line." Liam suggested after Harry left. We silently got into a line. Liam in front, Louis right behind him, then Zayn, me, Bekka, Alison, Sabrina and Niall. No screams or noises were heard.

"Either he made it like a man or he's dead." Sabrina peered over our shoulders.

"My turn," Liam rolled his shoulders back and strode foward. No sound was heard either.

"Bye bye world!" Louis wailed and ran across the hall. No more than a second later, the sound of high pitched screaming was heard. Louis was screaming for his mommy. Because of the tension, I think we all cracked up. I had a sudden urge to run after him and ask if he was alright.

"Here I go," Zayn cracked his knuckles and went. Some bellowing was heard but that's all.

"Good luck," Niall told me. I smiled at him and walked foward. There was nothing at first. The hairs in my back stood up. I felt someone's prescence beside me. Turning around, I saw a face, ghostly pale, infront of me. Being me, I screamed bloody murder and ran. All of a sudden, I was stuck. I pulled my foot out and saw that it was a hand grabbing my foot. Gasping, I yelled in protest and ran away. Finally, I saw a light ahead. Safe at last. I ran out with relief.

"That was fun!" I cheered. It was exhilirating. Screams, yells, cursing and more cursing was heard. Bekka came out followed by Alison.

"You cursed a lot," I smirked. Bekka gave me the stink eye. Alison was ranting about her worst fears and what she saw inside.

"I swear there was a demon!" Alison exclaimed.

"I'm just glad I got out of it alive!" Louis happily smiled. I laughed at the memory of him calling for his mom. I realized that Liam and Harry weren't there. When I asked Louis, he just told me that they went for cotton candy.

"I'M GONNA DIE!" Sabrina howled. Her typical line. She staggered out and Niall was right behind her.

"Well that was..." Niall trailed off and collapsed on the ground screaming, "I LOVE THE GROUND!" I looked at him weirdly as he got up. It was funny though I knew it was nerves.

"WE'RE BACK!" Harry passed around cotton candy.

The whole day was full of fun and laughing and of course, screams.
