I waited afterschool for Louis to come. He had his backpack slung across one shoulder and he took me took me to a busstop nearby.

"Where are we going?" I curiously asked when we boarded the bus.

"Secret." His eyes twinkled. It was captivating.

"Gah." I hated waiting for secrets. It was just so suspensive and yeah, I'll just be quiet.

"Don't you dare lay your hands on me today." I warned him as he scooted closer to me on the seat in the bus.

"Why not?" He tilted his head cockily.

"Because I have a boyfriend." I scoffed. Louis rolled his eyes but promise he wouldn't. The bus stopped at Judah Street and he told me it was our stop.

"Where are we going?" I asked yet again. He pointed to Starbucks. Of course. I laughed and followed him across the streets. Starbucks had the best Mocha Cookie Crumble Fraps. (MCCF)

"Are you gonna get me a MCCF??" I put on a cute face in hopes that he will.

"Sure." He sighed, resigned. He ordered my frap and we waited.

"So this is the date?" I couldn't help but scornfully look at him.

"No." Louis stuck his hands in his pockets and mischeviously peered at me.

"Stop looking at me like that!" I admit, he creeped me out at times. Our drinks were ready and we got straws and walked out.

"Now, follow me." He walked backward, heading toward a huge park in the area.

"Here?" I raised both eyebrows and looked at a meadow. It was pretty, yes, full of purple flowers, grass and sunrays, but this wasn't really... anyplace special.

"Mhm." Louis lay on the ground and shut his eyes, staring upward. I gently smiled at how peaceful he looked. He looked kind of handsome when he did that. What no! I have a boyfriend! I mentally scolded myself.

"Stop admiring me." Louis cheesily winked. And his arrogant attitude was back.

"Who said I was?" I retorted.

"You have that look on your face." Louis mocked my face. I whacked him on the arm.

"So this place may not mean anything to you but this place was where my father took me when I was a little kid. Before my mother cheated on him and before he committed suicide." Louis grandly spread his arms and looked around, unaffected by those events with his parents.

"Oh.." I've underestimated this place. I knew about his family already.

Flashback-

"Can I please please please play with you today?" Louis asked me when we were in second grade. Bekka, Sabrina and Alison shrugged and turned to me.

"Why?" I haughtily stuck my hands on my hips.

"Because..." Louis' lower lip began to tremble. His other friends were in another class so he spent most of his play time reading. Today though, he felt lonely because his dad had just died. His grandmother had decided to take care of him now.

"What?" I pulled him to a quiet corner, sensing that he didn't want to tell anyone.

"Dad died." Louis' eyes filled with tears.

"Aww it's ok." I hugged him and bought him back to our group. We played something about dragons. Louis ended up stealing my doll half of the time. Annoyed, I yelled at him but Louis continued to laugh. Sometimes I wonder why I even pity that boy.

-End flashback

"It's nice." I lay down besides him and watched the spaghetti shaped clouds drift by. Then there were brocolli shaped clouds. I slurped my drink and we lay there in peace. A cookie and cupcake shaped cloud flitted by. Then a pie shaped one. Why was I thinking of food shaped clouds? I shook my head. Must be because I was hungry. I heard loud footsteps and sat up. Louis did the same and we simultaniously turned around.

3rd POV:

Alan smirked and looked at Louis and Tori. They both loved each other but didn't know it yet. Anyways, he had to act the role of a jealous, hurt boyfriend. Alan walked up to them with what he hoped to be a hurt expression.

"Tori!? Are you cheating on me?" My voice held some pain as I thought about unrequited love of me and Sabrina.

"No!" Tori gasped and sprung up.

"We were hanging out as friends!" Tori defended herself. Louis' face was straight but his eyes had a crestfallen look.Just friends eh? Louis bitterly thought. Alan inwardly smirked upon seeing so.

"Are you sure?" Alan unsurely glanced at those two. Man, I deserve and Oscar for this mad acting skill.

"Yes!" Tori had no idea what to do. She didn't like to see Alan hurt.

"I don't believe you! Fine. If you want to be with him. Then be with him." Alan faked a sniffle and walked out of the clearing. Then, he began to smirk, well played out. If only he could get Sabrina to pity him now...

Meanwhile, Louis was sad. And so was Tori.

"I guess it's over then." A small laugh slipped out of Tori's lips.

"So I'm always just a friend eh?" Louis couldn't help but say. His jealous side got the best of him. What was so good about Alan anyways?

"I don't care." Tori stomped away. Louis slumped on the ground and stared into space. This wasn't how he planned the date to go.

Tori's POV:

"She did what!?" I cried as mom shamefully pointed at my homework. It was all sopping wet. I picked it up and water dripped from te corner of it. I blinked and gave mom an exsasperated look.

"She can't continue doing this." I glared at my sister who was snoring away, taking her afternoon nap. Yeah she was 7 but she acted like a 2 year old. Good sisterly relationships blah blah blah. Something that's not gonna happen.

"She won't." Mom hung her head. I raised and eyebrows but nonetheless dropped the subject. Dad was going to come in any second so I had to do something educational.

My wonderful home life.

I bit my lip and tried not to let the tears flow when I thought about Alan. Perhaps it was for the best. My heart got pained yet again when I saw a selfie of us at Great America hanging on my shelf.
