Other: Jason is the younger brother to Derek. Derek was able to get Ryan's soul because Ryan hates his mother for hurting Travis. Jason can't get Travis's soul because he is pure of heart. That pureness makes Jason fall in love with Travis. Always watching over him and waiting for the day that Derek takes Travis's blood in order for Jason to enter the human world and be near him. He makes many evil mistakes because of it. He makes an enemy of Alondra and they have this rivalry where he tries to best her at Travis's affection. He hides his admiration for her through his hatred. Eventually Jason starts to save Travis from dangers and gets closer to him. But Travis's heart belongs to Ryan, which Jason is against. He isn't willing to give up on Travis so easily until he's his. He later moves on from Travis when he gets to know Tanner.
