“ I didn't mean it Clarissa. I never meant it. You know that right?" Valentine pleaded.
“ Know what? What didn't you mean?" I asked. Why was he so confusing?
“ I didn't mean it when I said I hated the site of you, remember in Idris. I love you Clarissa, I was just mad at your mother, and you look so much like her..." his voice trailed off.
“ Valentine.."
“ Father. You must call me Father," Valentine's voice spoke with finality.
“ Why? You never acted like one," my voice was as cold and unforgiving as Valentine's once was.
“ Please give me a chance!" he pleaded.
“ Fine. 2 days that all. If you can prove that you can be a great father, then I'll consider."
“ Thank you. You won't regret this," then he did something I didn't expect in a million years, he hugged me.
Jase's POV
Where was Clary. Why did she leave me. All there was left of her here was a note. She left me. That was the only thought I could form.

Sorry about the late update, horrible personal life(I was grounded). Please comment weather you think Clary is horrible and Jase should move on, or should Jase give Clary another chance?
