An Unexpected Visitor

The dinner date was over and everyone left to go home. Zane went back to his dark house. His thoughts were all over the place. Going this way, and that. Everything seemed to happen so fast. One minute everything was awkward and quiet, and the next minute he and Aaron were talking about proposing ideas!? Zane sighed and went over to the couch. Watching My Little Horsies always calmed him down. Especially Pinkie Cake, her bubbly kind attitude reminded him of Kawaii~Chan...

NO! No Zane! Don't think about that now! Just...relax....

After watching about ten episodes, he decided he should be off to bed. And so he went upstairs and tried to get some sleep. His dreams were filled with images from today. He just couldn't stop thinking about it, even in his dreams! Zane was really stressed out about all of this.

As the hours passed, it seemed as if Zane was finally rid of those dreams, when he was awoken by a loud thump. "Huh? Who's there?" Zane asked groggily. Another thump. Zane got out of bed and went to see what the noise was. What Zane saw surprised him. It was Kawaii~Chan at the door.

K-kawaii~Chan!? What is she doing here!?

He opened the door.

"Z-zane?" Kawaii~Chan had tears streaming down her face.

"Nana, what are you doing here so late? Is something wrong!?" Zane asked worriedly.

"Well w-when I got home after going to Aphmau's house, " Kawaii~Chan burst into tears, " M-my house was r-robbed!"

"YOUR HOUSE GOT ROBBED!?"Zane cried.

" Y-yes..."

"WHO WOULD DO THIS TO YOU!?" Zane shouted.

Kawaii~Chan sobbed, "I-I don't know!"

Zane took a deep breath. Yelling only made it worst. "Is there anything I can get you Nana? We can talk about this later."

"If it isn't too much trouble, d-do you think I could stay h-here?" Kawaii~Chan asked nervously.

"Of course you can stay here Nana," Zane replied.

"R-really?" Kawaii~Chan asked.

"Yes, you can use the guest room if you want."

"That's so nice of you Zane!" Kawaii~Chan hugged him and sobbed.

"I-its no problem Nana," he said.

Zane motioned Kawaii~Chan inside and led her to the guest room.

" Is there anything else you need?" Zane asked.

"N-no. This is enough. Again, thank you so much Zane."

"W-well you better go to sleep, you need to relax after all of this, " Zane said.

Kawaii~Chan nodded and climbed into the bed. Zane went back into his room and laid down too. But he couldn't go back to sleep.

Who would do this to Kawaii~Chan!? Shes so kind, and doesn't deserve this! What did she ever do!? Its just sick that someone would have the audacity to do this to someone!

Zane was boiling mad, he wanted to find out who had done this to her. But alas, for now all he can do is be there for Kawaii~Chan. She doesn't need anymore drama weighing her down.

Notes:
So, a quick note, I set this up so that Zane and Kawaii~Chan both have their own houses and live alone. So Zane doesn't live with Garroth and Laurance, and KC doesn't live with Katelyn. So a bit different, but it's for story purposes. Thank you!
