Another day. A new beginning. Everyone is home and happy. Well, at least it would seem. Kawaii~Chan went home smiling. But I know her. On the outside, she may look happy, but I know on the inside she is miserable. That pendant meant the world to her. And now that's its gone? Well, her world is looking down the wrong path.
You see, Kawaii~Chan is very attached to that pendant. Her mother gave it to her. And she was very close to her mom. They had more than a mother and daughter relationship. They were like best friends. They worked as one. When Kawaii~Chan was going through tough times, her mom was the only one that was there for her. The only one that made her feel better. And when Kawaii~Chan was fourteen, she and her mom where in a car accident. It was brutal. Kawaii~Chan got injured and had to be taken to the hospital. As for her mom? She died on that day.
Kawaii~Chan went over to see if her mom was okay, even though she was in agony, she still thought about her mom first. When she got to her, she was on the brink of death. Before she died, she handed Kawaii~Chan the pendant. She told her to keep it close. To never let it go. And then, she passed away. Ever since that day, she always looked after that pendant. Kept it close. She felt as if it was the only part of her mom that she had left. And now, it's gone. No matter how good her act is, I know. I know she is in pain. I know she is hurting. Feels like no light will shine upon her again. She fakes a smile. Not for herself, but for everyone around her. She doesn't want them to worry about her. She needs to know its okay to not be okay though.
So you see? That's why I have to do this. I have to get that pendant back. I know I've never done anything like this before. I know I have no experience. But I need to do this. I need to find this person. I need to make them pay for what they did. I need to make sure they never do something like this again. Enough is enough. Nana deserves happiness.
