7 years.

It's been 7 fucking years.

We were back home, after a semi-long trip back. We went back to their guild, Laxus and I sitting outside. Patrick was laying on my lap, eating a slice of pineapple.

My head was in my hands. "What's wrong with you?" Laxus asked. "I waisted 7 years of finding my brother. 7 fucking years, Laxus!" I exclaimed. "Your brother...? What's his name?" Laxus asked.

"Jackson. He's a crystal make wizard," Patrick answered. Laxus was silent for a while. "Have you tried looking in Fairy Tail?" He asked. I looked up quietly. "What..?"

He helped me up and lead me into the guild. One person instantly caught my eyes. "Jacky?" I whispered. The man looked up at me, wide-eyed. "Y/n?"

I ran up to him, tackling him in a hug. "Oh my gosh, I haven't seen you since that day," I mumbled into his chest. He didn't say anything. Tears pooled up in my eyes, and I wiped them away before anyone could see. Jackson pulled me away from his chest and crouched down so he was eye level with me.

"You've grown up into a beautiful woman, sis," he muttered. He had lines on his face from age, making him look way older than what I remember him as.

I pulled myself out of his grip and smiled up at him. "I still have that crown with me," I said softly. "Yeah, there was never a day she didn't have it with her," Patrick said. Jackson chuckled. "That's good to hear," he said.

I saw a chair being thrown towards Jackson and before it could hit him, my vines wrapped around it. Jackson turned around and began talking to Natsu. I sat the chair down and looked around, not seeing Laxus.

I frowned and lookef for him, not seeing him in the guild. I walked outside and saw him sitting against a tree.

I approached him and sat next to him. "What's wrong?" I asked him. He glanced at me. "I just feel like I don't belong, you know? Everyone seems so happy without me," he mumbled. I shook my head. "That's not true. I can inform you that I have been so lost without you, honestly. Sure, Patrick has always been there for me, but you make me feel like I belong. You even helped me find my brother. I can't put how much you mean to me in words," I confessed. It was silent for a while.

I looked up and put my hand on his cheek, turning his face towards me. I pulled my good down and looked into his dark eyes.

Before I realized what I was doing, I leaned closer to his face and planted my lips on his. He wrapped his arms around me, pulling me closed to him as he kissed back.

We pulled away for the need of air and I grinned up at him. He smirked down at me. "Laxus, I love you," I whispered. "I love you, too," he whispered back, pecking my lips.

Hey guys! Sorry this chapter was a little short, but I finally updated this book!

I'm going to skip the edolas and the infinity clock arc because that's not really relevant to this story.

So for the next chapter, expect the Grand Magic Games!

Ciao!
