Chapter 1: The Usual

                            *at home*

I'm Keke Terence a simple 17 year old girl. Well that's what you think....

Kiara: mommy...get up.

me: Kiara...not now.

Kiara: but its eight and dot dot, Three zero.

me: WHAT!!???..

I jumped up and look at the clock *8:30* i put on black sweat pants , a blank white shirt with my pumas on. Kiara was dressed so I just pushed her out the door. I dropped her at school and by the time I check the time its 9:00....oh god. I got to school and sprinted to class. I burst in there and everyone starts staring, giggling and whispering things like usual... but I just ignore it. the class went on until.....

??: yo.....

I turn my head and see this.... light skin guy eyeing me down sitting beside me.

??: your......

me: ............

??: what's your name.

me: um.

---the bell rings---

I speed walked out of class and went straight to my locker.

I feel someone's arm around my waist. I quickly turn around and see its just the devil himself, Lawrence....of course.

Lawrence: how's Kiara.

me: maybe if you were around more, and hurting us you'd know.

Lawrence: excuse me....

me: sorry.

Lawrence: strike 1, she at school.

me: yea.

Lawrence: oh..good...tell her I said i love her.

me: if you loved her, Nevermind... I will....why are you here.

Lawrence: what can't check up on you.

he walks away and I'm just tryna catch my breath.

Lawrence is, I guess "my man"....when I was 13 I was at a football game enjoying myself with my friends....but I was leaving the stadium waiting for my mom to pick me up outside I got abducted by Lawrence. he's raped me , abused me, and ....I'm his slave almost and been his slave for years and more to come. I got pregnant at 13 ...haven't seen my parents since the morning I said "bye I love you...I'll be safe" before leaving to the game. all I know is that I've moved from New York to Toronto. here's been the worst experience of my life. I have no friends....but my grades are high...as usual. I'm just another idiot to everyone.

---end of school day--

I'm waiting outside of kiaras school waiting for her to hurry up before Lawrence gets mad. she finally comes out with some friends and asks me to go to their house.

me: Kiara, not today...maybe next time.

Kiara: but...mommy please.

me: ...Kiara...you know the rules

Kiara: Fine, next time.

her friends leave and I rush her home. I walk in the house and see Lawrence sitting on the couch,waiting.

me: Kiara, daddy

I say pointing to Lawrence.

they hug and Kiara goes to her room. I got to the kitchen to start making his dinner. he comes up behind me and starts lowering my pants

Lawrence: I want some tonight.

me: Lawrence...

Lawrence: excuse...

me: I don't wanna get pregnant again .

Lawrence: do I give a fuck...

me: stop don't swear around Kiara.

Lawrence: I do what ever I want around Kiara, in fact...imma use her tonight instead.

Lawrence would neither use one or the other. I'm not Letting Lawrence scar her for life...I'll just..do what he says..till...time.

me: NO...I mean...I'll do it.

Lawrence: ....good..you see if you do what I say...nothing bad happens.

he started lowering my pants even more and undoing my bra strap. I stopped him before he could touch...or do anything else.

Lawrence: ......what the hell did you just do.

me: I...I just..let me finish your dinner...or kiaras....please...she has to eat.

Lawrence: no...she could lose a few pounds.

me: she hasn't ate for the past day.

Lawrence gave this look as if I was gunna regret it.

Lawrence: .....fine...HURRY.

I quickly went upstairs and gave kiara some tea,eggs and soup....that would have to last her for about the next couple days. Lawrence doesn't feed us if we don't do exactly what he says...me and Kiara have been rebelling....which wasn't the best idea. Kiara looked so happy and excited when she saw me...with food...

Kiara: mommy...thank you.

me: your welcome....remember.. save.

Kiara: ok.

I locked her in her room so she doesn't come out to this. I go to Lawrence's room and he's lying their naked ready. I walk in and leave the door cracked as always.

Lawrence: get yo ass here now.

me: ......Lawrence.......I..w..ok.

I stripped myself and did what he asked. tonight went smooth....until I wanted to get up after we were done.

he had his arm tightly wrapped around me. I'm sliding out of his arms until he grabs me.

Lawrence: WHAT ARE YOU DOING.

me: I JUST WANNA CHECK ON KIARA.

Lawrence: WHO......Nevermind... stay here.

he wrapped his leg and arm around me really tight this time....so I just lied their thinking when I can leave....... with Kiara.
