When Kumo and Kai arrived at the Atana household or more like mansion. The Stackhouse siblings were given to both of Akira's and Maki's mothers, to keep the children distracted while Kumo and Kai explains everything that happened to the boys parents.

Akira's father, asked for the names of the now dead parents. And Kumo said that they don't know the parents first names, only their family names. "Stackhouse".
When Akira's father; whose name is Yuuya Atana. A 35 year old man who is the most terrorfing man on earth. With one look, has you trembling in your shoes.
Yuuya explains that he has been friends with the Stackhouse family since he was 14. And that their the god parents of Akira and both Yuuya and his mate/wife; Kagari, are the god parents of both of Joshua and Melissa Stackhouse's children.

After that bit of information, both Kumo and Kai turned back into Maki and Akira. Even if the pair are mates, they both wanted to wait until the wedding night to complete the mating ceremony, and it was not Maki who suggested it, it was Akira who says that he wants the both of them to creat fond new and happy memories with each other, so they don't make any regrets when Maki ends up pregnant.
That and it made both of their parents happy with his answer. For Maki's father who gave Akira a death glare, at the mention of his little girl making love in general, while it made both of the teen's mothers in a frieze about wedding planning and wanting grandkids before they turn 45 (or in their case 23, but you should not say that out loud) as both mother's were coming up with baby names before the teens did the deed, and making demands about how many grandchildren they want which caused their teenagers to blush in embarrassment as Maki's father was shaking in rage at the thought alone.

Once the meeting was done, both Akira and Maki left to go check up on the Stackhouse siblings who are with their mothers. Soon they found the four of them in the kitchen, with Eddie eating a vanilla sundae and Cory helping the moms make dinner for everyone in the mansion after giving the team of cooking staff and head chef the night off, much to the head chef's demise. The head chef is a man name Luka Eclipse, you wouldn't even guess if Luka was a chef because he doesn't look like one.
