Chapter 3 - My Hubby is Strict

Right now is saturday and I have tons of assignments! Why don't they let us rest for two days!?

Text message:
Hey wanna hangout somewhere?

I texted Grace.. I'm too lazy to do this bunch of assignments.

Text message:
Sure Girl! Where? Im toooooo lazy to do the assignments.. T.T

pffft..
now I know why we became friends. I texted Monique and Lei too but I guess Monique won't be coming because she's really a hard working student and she's one of the top of the class. I wished she can come.

I opened my closet.. hmm..
So what should I wear today? I can sense my friends' telepathy that where going to a mall and will have a coffee and so on. Should I wear a dress? Or just shirt and short? hmm.. what about this.. I tried to look closer to my closet.

"You going somewhere?"

I startled when I heard his voice. Oh god. I forgot something..

"Uhm.. just coffee with my Gals...?"

Yeah I didn't realized..

"Hmm.. its okay.."

Really!? I really made a quick smile when I heard him said that.

"But finish your assignment first then you're free.."

He smirk, winked and left. He's really annoying! Why do I even think that he will let me go out without finishing my assignments!
He's my Husband and my Teacher!

Hours have passed and I'm still stuck in this crazy homeworks while my friends enjoying their weekend at the mall. Lucky Monique, she's with them..

I heard the door opened. I don't wanna talk to him! I thought he would let me leave because I'm his wife but he's still treating me a student even in our house! Why he have to be strict like this?!

"Finished already?"

Sigh..

"Not yet! Your assignment is really difficult! I almost do understand some of this equation but this one--"

My heart beats faster now like 10000 beats per second. He leaned behind me with his arms on both side on the table.

"Hmmm.."

I can hear clearly his breath on my left ear. I don't wanna look at him!

"You're missing something here."

He moved his hand closer to mine and I immediately remove my hand. I don't know but my reflex right now are really fast..

"Try to learn this one first then you can proceed to this one.."

Wait what!?
He kissed me in the head and mess with my hair.
Wha-what is this feeling?! I'm really irritated now! He's so annoying as in super!

Really! I didn't understand what he just said! Just this one and this one!

And After sometime I get to finish his homework. I went downstairs to get glass of water.

I saw him just watching tv and sitting in the sofa so relaxed! This is so unfair!

"I thought you're working in your office?!"

"Its my day off and its weekend.."

He just looked at me like why am I asking that question to him.

"Wha--"

"Looks like you've already finished it."

"Yeah. You can check it out now."

I went to my room I mean our room right away but I heard him saying something.

"I'll check it tomorrow.."

Hmph.
He still acts a teacher even in our house.

How's the new cafe in the mall?

I text Lei. I guess they're going home now.. I want to see them so bad..

Text message:
We're still here. The Frappe is so Yummy.

Yesss!!! I'm so happy when Lei replied. Now I can really go. I picked a white shirt and a denim short. Simple but still cool and nice.

..Knock.. knock.. knock..

Its him for sure. I locked it because I'm changing clothes.

"Yes?"

"Hmm.. you wanna go out with me?"

"Yeah I forgot. You're going out with you're friends right..?"

Gulp..

My mouth can't speak right now! But is this true?! He's asking me out.

"Just be home before 8pm okay?"

I heard his footsteps went to his office room. I just thought even he ask me out now we won't be enjoying it together because there might students and teachers that will recognize us. This is really difficult.. I want...

Evening came and I enjoyed that new cafe. That taste of coffee is still in my tongue. I opened the door and saw Dale leaning on the wall.
He's waiting for me I guess.

"Did you remember what I told you lately? Before you go..?"

Before I go? Assignments? I looked at him as if its the weirdest question I've ever heard.

Then he point his finger on his watch.

Just be home before 8pm okay?

I looked at my phone:

"Oh that..."
"So you remember?"

"Ye-yeah I forgot."

He suddenly went close to me and....

"Next time, it won't be JUST A KISS so be home on time."

He's so strict especially the time.. I don't want that last saturday night ever happened again!
