7 - The Day After

Omniscient's view

Jay was woken up by his mates being ridiculously noisy outiside his room. He rested on the other side and saw perfect curved figure sleeping beside him; she was laying on her stomach. She was all he could ask for and no one can replace her. He looked underneath the sheets and saw that his other half was bare... He finally remembered what happened last night... The most amazing night of his life. He smiled to himself as he blushed then he traced circles on Lauren's back causing her to stirr and wake up. She looked at him and smiled as her hair covered her face.

"Morning, love." Jay said leaning close to her, his lips hovering above hers.

"Last night was amazing." She said with her morning soft voice then she grabbed the back of his neck and kissed him. Suddenly, they were disturbed by a knock on the door and Nathan opened it.

"Oh, mate... erm... sorry!" He exclaimed then stormed out. They both laughed at his hideous reaction then she broke away from the kiss.

"What time is it?" Lauren asked

"Half past eight, why?" He asked

"Oh shit! My parents will be up in an hour!" She exclaimed

"Need a ride home?" Jay asked

"No thanks, hun, I can take care of myself." She smiled then winked at him while putting her jeans on then her shirt. Then, she crawled on the bed and gave Jay a kiss before leaving the flat.

-Jay's pov-

After she left, I decided to put on my boxers and gym shorts then a shirt and I went out of my room. I saw all the lads piled up in the lounge while I went to the kitchen and made tea..

"Bird, did you get it on last night?" Tom asked from the lounge and I let out a chuckle.

"Not telling yous anything!" I answered then I heard their footsteps trail in the kitchen.

"Come on, birdy, it's not like we haven't told you anything. Spill it!" Max said

"Spill it!" Tom followed

"Alright, just to shut you two up." I sighed then the four of them paid attention. "Well, we had sex that's it." I said

"That's it no details?" Siva asked

"Yup." I answered, popping the p.

-Lauren's pov-

I looked at my phone and it was fifteen minutes before my parents will wake up. Good thing I was halfway home. Ten minutes later, I paid the fare and got inside the house and ran into my room. I took a shower and let the warm water touch my skin. Last night with Jay... I've never felt that alive for ages. I smiled as I rinsed the suds off my body. How I wish he would always be here with me. I went out of the bathroom, put on my volleyball shorts and tank top then I browsed the internet to see my friends having the summer vacation while I was in school studying. I am supposed to be on a vacation right now! I can't believe this. Then, my phone rang.

"Hey, babe, how're you holding up?" He asked

"Just fine. My parents didn't seem to notice a thing." I smiled

"I can feel you smile through the phone, Lau." He said

"You're such a cheesy bastard, aren't you?" I giggled

"But that's why you're with me, isn't it?" He answered and it made me giggle more.

"Of course, of course." I said then suddenly, I saw someone pop out of the chatbox, it was my school mate, Janine. Students from San Beda, the 100th college anniversary is coming! Everyone is required to go to the party in Resorts World, Newport, pasay City at 8 pm on April 5th, 2012. Bring anyone with you! See you there! ps, if you won't come, that would be an F for your major subject. She said. I suppose it was a group message. Seriously!? A failing grade!? Do they even fucking no I'm not in the philippines anymore!?!?!? "Oh shit."

"What is it, babe?" Jay asked

"I had to go back to the philipphines for some event." I sighed

"Can I come? I haven't been there before." He answered

"Are you sure? You can't just drop anything and go." I answered

"I'll be fine, babe. I'm sure nothing will disturb my free schedule on April." He answered delightfully like he was singing.

"Alright, fine you can come." I said warmly and he squealed like a girl which made me laugh. "Oh bird, you're such a one cute human being." I added then he let out his signature laugh which was really, really cute like I can make it as my ringtone. "Your laugh... Can I make it a ringtone?"

"Sure you can but that will just be creepy." He chuckled

"Well, I'll just make High and Low my ringtone, then." I said

"Brilliant but make sure to answer those calls!"

"Of course I will." I said

"Alright, babe, I need to go. I'll see you anytime soon."

"Okay, bye." I said softly then ended the call.
