Chapter 10 Part 1 - Lost

Blazt : Yahaloo, Boss Blazt here. Yesterday i intended to have some Q&A session through mail but it failed. BUT, it doesn't matter. Today, i will make another agenda instead. I will have multiple chapters update instead.

When I woke up, I found myself in a bedroom. It wasn't my room or any room I had been before. I raised my body and tried to get off from the bed. When I looked at my body, I sighed in relief when I saw my human body.

I touched my face several times to ensure the shape. I had normal human head it seems. I sighed in relief again. I walked toward the wardrobe and opened it up. Lineup of similar outfit were lined tidily. I picked one of them. Suddenly I froze when I looked at the mirror.

My azure eyes and silver hair disappeared. My eyes now were black colored. My hair was also black. I probably looked like a half Japanese half foreigner now.

"For real?"

I muttered. I checked every part of my body but found nothing strange at all.

"I looked like a human yet I'm not one. What a joke."

I sighed. I looked at the uniform in my hand.

"I think I'll get changed for now."

I said as I started changing my clothes. After changing my clothes, I walked out from the room. I was greeted with long corridor with many similar doors on both sides.

"Left or right, which way should I take?"

I said to myself. After pondering for a while, I decided to take the left direction. I met several junction along the way and I picked some random direction as I don't know where I was.

"Another dead end?"

I muttered. I don't know why I always met a dead end when I walked around. This was already the 10th times I ended up in a dead end.

"Is this place a labyrinth? The doors looked same no matter where I go. There's a window in my room before but returning to that room will be similarly difficult."

I sighed.

"But, I got no choice now. Let's move on."

I said as I made up my determination.

"Geh?!!"

"Again!!"

"Another dead end?!"

"Is there any emergency exit somewhere?"

I kept getting the dead end over and over. I finally found the stairs on my 50th attempt finding the way out. When I picked the downstairs, I met the similar scene as before. I turned back and took the upstairs as I feel the upstairs had no risk getting lost.

I managed to get out of the building after several hours passed. However, the place I met beyond the door was the rooftop.

"..."

I couldn't muster any word to say in this situation. Where I stood now was indeed the rooftop. However, when I looked down, I found myself on the rooftop of a tall building with absurd height. It pierced the cloud and I couldn't see the ground at all.

My surroundings were pure white cloud below me and the evening sky above my head. There were five other similar buildings about 5 km away from this building.

"...."

I slumped down as I realized the difficulty to get out of this place.

Kacha!

The door behind me was opened.

"See? He's here."

I heard a familiar voice.

"Ah, it's true. Ren-sama!"

I heard another familiar voice. I turned around and saw Alicia waved her hand at me. Beside her, Anastasia was holding the door knob with arrogant look. Behind them, I saw unbelievable scene. Guild Master Lyold was standing while having a dumbfounded looks.

"I'm surprised you know he's here, Vampire."

He said.

"Ren-sama's sense of direction is broken beyond compare. If he wants to head somewhere by himself, he will end up going the opposite direction."

She said.

"Seriously?"

Lyold said while looking at me. I stood up and brushed the dust on my uniform.

"Mou, don't go somewhere and worry me like that!""

Alicia pouted cutely when I approached her. I smiled seeing such scene.

"I'm surprised you can arrive here fast. It took me some time to reach here."

I said.

"There's a magic elevator in the middle of the building you know."

Hearing that, I felt that the world turned cold in instant.
