Chapter 17 Part 1 - Prophecy

A few days after we returned, I was called by Mare to his place. In the room the people had a good mood except for one person, Mare.

"Thanks for coming, Ren."

Mare greeted me. He seemed sour somehow.

"You don't look good, Sensei"

I said. Mare went even gloomier.

"I wish to talk about your responsibility regarding that."

He said while pointing at his right. At the furthest seat, Nova and Mare's daughter, Eris were flirting while linking arm and feeding each other with cookies.

"What of it?"

I asked.

"Why did it turn into something like this?!"

He shouted angrily at me.

"What's wrong with that? She's an adult already. She can't be pampered by you like a child forever you know?"

I said casually.

I heard a happy cry of my daughter beside me. Alicia was sitting beside me while feeding her with some minced meat.

He said.

He said.

He said.

He said.

He said. I frowned when I heard this passage.

"She told me to tell the holder of holy and dark powers."

He added.

"Seven flags, could it be the Seven Great Demon Lords?"

I muttered. I felt something is not good happened on the outside.

"Is something wrong, Ren-sama? You're making a scary looks over there."

Alicia asked.

"We have no time left. I must finish my training as soon as possible."

I said.

Mare said.

I said.

Mare inquired.

I said.

"Alicia, can you contact everyone? I want to discuss something with them."
