Shawn's arms. Your favourite place to be.

You two quite often just stood, hugging, with your arms wrapped around each other. It brought comfort to you both if you were ever upset.

Just standing on the tour bus, in the bedroom, dressing room, anywhere really.

Your arms would be wrapped around his neck playing with the hairs on the back of his head, having to stand on the tips of your toes to rest your head on his shoulder.

He would have his arms wrapped securely around your waist, chin resting on your shoulder, his eyes closed in content.

But today felt different, it was more emotional if anything. You had been getting a lot of hate since you and Shawn went public last month and recently the comments had effected you, more than you thought they could. So there you were, stood in the dressing room backstage, just holding each other.

Shawn made your worries an thoughts disappear. His strong arms wrapped around you made you forget what was being said, he made you feel as if no one could ever hurt you, as long as you were in his arms.

The only thing you can focus on right now is him. The way he makes you feel like you were the only two people left on the planet. It was almost a talent. And that's one of the many reasons why you love him. You didn't have to speak to tell him something was wrong. He would know already. He would see the comments him self, and would always do something about it before talking to you.

But you were okay with that, because in the end you were with him, saying nothing, just standing in his tight grip.

You were protected by his embrace, and then and there, that's was all that mattered to you.
