Harry's POV

We both silently walk into the compartment, the only noise was our owls hooting happily.
'So.' I say 'So' (Y/N) replies with. Harry James Potter why are you so awkward? I then came up with a stroke of genius 'We haven't been properly introduced yet. I'm Harry. Harry Potter.and you are?' 'Formal or informal?' 'Formal. I guess.' 'Lady (Y/N) (M/N) Gryffindor-Ravenclaw, but you can call me (Y/N) or (N/N) if you like.' 'Okay (N/N). What's it like in the wizarding world? Have gotten to use a wand? Have you ever been friends with someone magical?' 'Harry. Calm down. I was sort of raised in the wizarding world I grew up with a wizard and a witch but I never used their wands.' 'What was it like, living with wizard parents, I mean.' I asked, curious 'I-um-I-was lied to about my parents. I was told they gave me up because they couldn't look after me, but-they were-um-killed by Voldemort.' (Y/N) said trying not to cry. 'Oh. I'm sorry I didn't mean to make a beautiful person like you cry.' I Said moving hair out of her face. 'What's that mark on your forehead?' 'This-it's-um nothing' (Y/N) says hastily trying to cover up her lightning bolt scar. 'I have that scar as well' I say lifting up my hair to reveal my lightning bolt scar. 'I got it when Voldemort killed my parents.' She Said still crying.

(Y/N) POV
I can't believe I was crying in front of Harry, I felt like such an idiot. 'I'm sorry. I shouldn't be crying.' I apologised 'No, don't be sorry. It's not your fault.' Harry said comforting me. 'Thanks Harry. Can I ask you a question?' 'Sure. Fire away.' 'Why do you also have the lightning bolt scar?' 'Oh. Um. Voldemort also killed my parents.' Harry said instantly taking interest in the floor. 'I'm sorry.' 'No. Don't be.' We sat in a awkward silence until a boy with flaming red hair and freckles opened the compartment door and said. 'Excuse me, do you mind?Everywhere else is full' Said the boy. 'No, not at all' Harry said gesturing to the seat across from him. The boy sat down, sitting next to me and across from Harry. 'I'm Ron, by the way. Ron Weasley' said the boy called Ron 'I'm Harry. Harry Potter.' Introduced Harry 'And I'm Lady (Y/N) Gryffindor-Ravenclaw' I Said 'So-so it's true?! I mean, do you two really have the...the...' Said Ron 'The what?' Harry and I said in unison 'Scar...?' Ron whispers 'Oh, yeah.' Harry said lifting up his hair Ron turned to me. I pulled my hair out of the way 'Wicked.' Said Ron his mouth wide open in awe. A trolley lady comes our compartment, her trolley full of sweets. 'Anything off the trolley, dears?' Said the woman 'No, thanks, I'm all set.' Said Ron, holding up a repulsive sandwich. 'We'll take the lot!' I Said holding out my pouch contain coins 'Whoa!' Said Ron

Harry's POV
'Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans?' I questioned 'They mean every flavour! There's chocolate and peppermint, and there's also spinach, liver and tripe. George sweared he got a bogey-flavoured one once!' Said Ron 'I once got earwax. It was disgusting' Said (Y/N) I quickly take the bean I was chewing out of my mouth. 'These aren't real chocolate frogs, are they?' I asked 'It's only a spell. ' (n/n) Said 'Besides, it's the cards you want.Each pack's got a famous witch or wizard. I got about 500 myself.' Ron said. The frog croaked and leaped out the compartment window 'Oh, that's rotten luck. They've only got one good jump in them to begin with.' Said Ron 'Hey, I got Dumbledore!' I said excited 'He's the headmaster of Hogwarts' (Y/N) informed me. KI got about 6 of him.' Said Ron 'Hey, he's gone!' I said astonished 'Ron. Muggle photos stay still and in the frame the whole time.' (Y/N) told Ron 'Really, that's weird.' Ron said. 'Well anyway, you can't expect him to hang around all day, can you. This is Scabbers, by the way, pitiful, isn't he?'Ron said introducing his rat.

(Y/N) POV
I sensed that there was something off about Ron's rat. 'Just a little bit.' Said Harry. 'Fred gave me a spell as to turn him yellow. Want to see?' 'Yeah!' Said Harry 'why not?' I said, interested 'Sun' 'Has anyone seen a toad? A boy named Neville's lost one.k said a girl with extremely bushy brown hair 'No.' Said Ron and Harry. 'Oh, are you doing magic? Let's see then.' Said the girl. 'Sunshine, daises, butter mellow, turn this stupid fat rat yellow!' Said Ron whacking his wand. The wand made a zap sound but all it did was make his rat jump backwards. 'Are you sure that's a real spell? Well, it's not very good, is it? Of course I've only tried a few simple spells myself, and they've all worked for me. For example...Oculus Reparo. That's better, isn't it? Holy Cricket, you're Harry Potter and you're Lady (Y/N) Gryffindor-Ravenclaw. What would you like me to call because I expect you're tired of the whole Lady Gryffindor-Ravenclaw' Said the girl 'Yeah, I am. You can call me (Y/N) or (N/N)' I said to the girl 'I'm Hermione Granger...and you are...?' Said Hermione 'I'm...Ron Weasley.' Ron said with a mouth full of sweets 'Pleasure. ' Said Hermione clearly disgusted 'You three better change into your robes. I expect we'll be arriving soon. Just before I leave would you like to demonstrate that spell on your shirt (Y/N)' 'Sure' I say taking my wand out. 'Lumos maxima' I say and a bright light comes out of the tip of my wand and stays there for 5 minutes before disappearing. 'Woah.Wicked' says Ron. Just as Hermione leaves she says 'You've got dirt, on your nose, by the way, did you know? Just there.' She says pointing to it. Ron tries to get off while looking embarrassed. I teach Ron and Harry how to do a Disillusionment charm, so we can all put our robes on privately and once everyone's changed I teach them the counter-charm. 'Woah, how do you know that (Y/N)?' Said Ron amazed. 'Yeah, how?'  Said Harry, also amazed. Just practice I guess.
