Katie's/Pidge's POV
~few weeks later~
I havent been feeling very well for the past week I've been forced to hang back while they go and fight again zarkon.
I have been constantly throwing up in the morning but have weird cravings durning the day along with weird pains around my body.
Shiro has been also helping me a lot along with my random outbursts and emotional inpacks. I know shiro loves me but I feel bad for him we both dont know what's going on with me.
But today Allura is going to use some of her powers to figure out. I was a bit nervous thinking if the things that could be wrong with me.
I felt shiro put his hand in mine making me look up at him."don't worry Katie you'll do fine."he assured me rubbing his thumb over the top of my hand.
I nod slightly as we walked to alluras bedroom. Shiro knocked on her door a few minutes later she opened it. She ushured us into her room before closing the door behind her.
I laid down on her bed as shiro stood next to me while Allura used her magic. I closed my eyes tightly feeling how cold but yet hot her hands were against my cold skin.
I heard her gasp softly making me open my eyes looking at her my eyes held confusing and scardness."shiro tell me what is it that you guys call it when you have a thing in your stomach?"
I sensed the confusion coming from shiro so I answered for him."pregnant....I'm pregnant.."I look down before looking up at shiro.
Once we left her bedroom and back to his I was quiet the whole time until we got to his room I broke out in sobs falling onto the floor.
Shiro was instantly by my side holding me close to him whispering sweet things into my ear as I cried. He noticed that it wasn't going down so he made me look at him.
"Katie. Love. Your going to do great don't worry about it we'll do this together."
I sniffled slightly my eyes red from crying so much."Y-you really think so shiro?"I questioned him. Shiro gently cupped my cheek in his hand."of course I do Katie I know you'll do great as the mother of my child."he gently kissed my lips.
I smiled lightly at him as my tears started to dry up. I started to get tired so I lead against Shiro's shoulder letting my eyes close and the darkness take me in my sleep.
Shiro's POV
I smiled at katie as she feel asleep against me once I knew she was fully asleep I gently picked her up and walked over to our(my) bed and laid her under my covers letting her sleep for a while its going to be a while before we both accepted that we'll have a baby soon.
I sign softly and looks down at her my face softening to see her so peacefully asleep and knowing she's mine. I gently placed my hand on her stomach and now knowing she'll be having my child makes me the happiest man in space.
