After a few minutes passed by and you had done a bit of rummaging around, you heard a knock at your door. It had been quiet in the room, so this sudden noise made you jump a bit. You blushed out of embarrassment, though nobody saw it, and walked over to the door. You opened it up to see a man with purple hair standing before you. He wore a soft smile on his lips, but his skin was very pale, almost white. His eyes were milky and he seemed to be dead; a few bruises laid across his skin as dark rings circled around his eyes.
You tilted your head a bit with confusion until he spoke. "Hi...you must be (y/n)...they told me all about you." His voice was soft and quiet; you almost had to ask him to speak up a bit, but you tried your best to hear what he was saying so that you wouldn't come across as rude.
"Yeah..." You gave him a small chuckle and a genuine smile. He seemed different from the two demons you have encountered before. "Dark told me that there were others living here."
"Only a few. My name is Robbie...the zombie." He spoke entirely too quiet for the last part and you had to ask what he said. "Sorry, I didn't hear that last part...what was that?"
"I'm Robbie the Zombie." He repeated with a wide smile, which pushed his cheeks up and his eyes closed.
Of course you were taken aback by these words a bit, but by now you should just start to get used to it; after all, two demons have met your aquaintance so far. Not to mention, one of them was a literal glitch.
"So...I guess I'll be showing you around. But before that, I've got to get my friend really quick..." He walked down the hall and motioned you to follow him, which you did. You two stood before another room as Robbie walked inside and went to the bed and shook the person who laid in it.
"C'mon, wake up, Chase! We have to show her around!" Robbie said loudly in a childish tone as he continued to shake the man in bed until he groaned and sat up. "Robbie get off of meeeee." He rubbed his eyes and got off of the bed. He wore a black pair of jeans and a grey shirt. His hair was the same style as Robbie and Anti's were, but the colour was far more green than Anti's was. He groggily walked over to the door after grabbing a red hat from his bedside table and setting it somewhat sideways on his head. A few pieces of hair poked out from under the hat and covered his forehead and he almost bumped into you before noticing that you were there.
He stuttered a bit and walked out to the hallway. "S-sorry, I didn't see you there. Gosh, you scared me!" He said with a laugh. "Well gosh, nobody told me we'd be having a guest...I'm Brody! Chase Brody!" He said and took a sarcastic bow as you laughed at the reference. "Well, nice to meet you Chase, I'm (y/n)." You said as Robbie walked out of the room and shut the door. "C'mon guys...Chase, we have to show her around, remember?"
"No, I don't remember...nobody ever told me. Remember?" Chase replied and furrowed his brow with confusion as he set a hand on his hip, looking sassy; you could help but laugh at him. "Oh yeah...sorry about that..." Robbie said as the three of you walked back downstairs.
They simply stood at the end of one hallway on the right side of the stairs, which was dimly lit and had four rooms. They didn't open one of the rooms, but instead named them, as they were the bedrooms of other people. "The one at the end of the hall is The Host's, the one next to that is The Author's. The room across the hall is The production studio...and that one with the big fancy door is Wilford's." Robbie said as he sneered at the mention of the last one. Even more strange names...
"Warfstache the pink babbling idiot!" Chase said as he waved his head and hands around mockingly before the door opened. A man wearing a yellow shirt, khaki pants, and pink suspenders stood at the doorway. He had bright pink hair with a matching bubblegum coloured mustache. He was built just like Dark...only Dark carried himself much better.
"What did you say about me, Chase?!" He yelled as he waved a small golden pistol in his hand. You went with your gut feeling and gunned it for the other side of the staircase. Robbie and Chase immediately followed behind you, both of them laughing and bending over while trying to catch their breath. "God, he hears everything!" Robbie commented as Chase stood up straight and crossed his arms. He puckered his lips and swayed from side to side as if he was intimidating a big and bad person. "Isn't that what all reporters are supposed to be like?" All three of you shared a laugh, though you were concerned at how strange this 'family' was; if that's what they were. All of them so far have looked similar to one another; at least some of them looked like the other.
You went into another hallway on the left side of the staircase and it was very different from the other. The floor was a completely white marble and bright lights shone throughout the hallway. The looks of this hallway made it seem like a hospital. "This is the hallway for the two doctors of the household. Dr. Iplier's room is the one closer to us, Dr. Schneeplestein is at this end of the hall." Robbie informed me.
"The other room on Iplier's side of the hall is his office and the other one is Schneep's." Chase said as he trotted off to the main hall. You and Robbie looked at each other with wide smiles and followed him.
The room that you were now in was huge. The floors were that same beautiful marble that was complimented by three white sofas, huddled around a grey marble coffee table. What's with all the marble? These guys much be rich or something. Across from the couches was a giant tv that was placed right above a fireplace. There were several game systems placed on the mantle and a bookshelf full of games to go with them. Chase pulled out a game and set three controllers out and waved them around hauntingly. "Play?"
You ran up and grabbed a controller, throwing yourself on a couch and you were soon joined by the other two. You guys spent about an hour playing the game before you heard Dark's deep voice yell, throughout the place. "Dinner!!!"
