To the boy:
To the boy who,
I have come to loveI saw you the
Other day by the
Door of our
ClassroomI studied your face,
Watch as a smile
Stretched across
Your lipsYou look so
Charming, so carefreeOh what have you done
To this poor heart
Of mine
That I have
Unknowingly surrendered
To youMy breathe hitched,
Your eyes met mine
And then you smiledA gesture that,
Erupted the sleeping
Butterflies in my bodyA gesture that,
Ignited sparks twirling
Making me dizzyHow can I stop
Loving you?
When we first saw
Each other,
That moment you had
Helped me pick up
The books I had
Clumsily dropped
By the hallI don't know
Your name,
Nor every detail
About you,But please keep
Smiling,
For this smile is
The light that
Saves me from
The depths of
Oblivion**
The cover is made by a very close friend of mine, thank you~ I love it!
