Song: Rendezvous- PartyNextDoor
"I know you took it!" Rose shouted.
"Why would I take anything that belongs to you?" Iris questioned with a raised brow. She stood at her bedroom doorway with her arms across her chest as she eyed the redhead with boredom expressions.
Jareth walked down the staircase from the third floor. Confused, he approached the arguing duo with caution. "What is going on here?" He asked with narrowed eyes.
"She stole my $3,000 diamond bustier Daddy bought me last month!" Rose accused as she pointed a dark blue manicured finger.
Jareth stared at Iris.
"Does it look like I can fit a size A-cup bra?" She asked rhetorically, gesturing up and down her body. She was nowhere near Rose's bra size, her bust was well beyond a DD. "What would I do with a bra like that? I can't leave the house, who am I going to impress with that thing only covering parts of my areolas? And I can't sell it, I'm a wanted criminal for heaven's sake."
A week and five days, she'd been in that house for nearly two weeks, and Rose was trying her hardest to get her out. She had threatened to go to the sheriff's and then purposely tried to get the girls to vote her out. Johnathan wasn't really phased at the fact he could be charged for harboring a fugitive... every time Rose would try and scheme, he'd sigh and say 'Rose, dear. You'll get over it.' Clearly...she wasn't.
Jareth sighed. He quickly grabbed Rose's arm and scoffed at her thoughts. "Seriously Rose? Setting one of your peers up for sabotage is strictly prohibited." He nearly growled. He yanked her toward him and stared down at her seething. "You will, stop with these heinous acts against Iris. She is your new best friend, and you will treat her as such," He compelled forcing her to comply.
Iris watched as Rose blinked rapidly and looked in her direction. Her confused face turned into a bright smile. "Hey, wanna come watch a movie with me?" She beamed.
Iris eyed her with a raised brow. "No, maybe another time, babes." She declined giving her an odd look, as she spoke slowly leaning against the doorframe.
Rose pouted and hung her head low. "Okay, well I'll be down the hall!" She said giving air kisses, and skipping away.
"I don't think I'll ever be able to get over you guys doing that," She laughed.
Jareth scratched the back of his head, as his other was sat on his hip. "Yeah, that's only going to last a week before it'll have to be done again I'm afraid. When a human gets blood drank from them by a vampire, the compulsion slowly wears off."
"Damn, having to be brain washed in order to coexist. She just really wants me out of here. I didn't do anything to her."
"She's jealous." He said with a smirk.
Iris rolled her eyes and walked back into her room leaving her door open for Jareth to follow.
"She doesn't have anything to be jealous about. Look at her and then look at me. Did this happen with the other girls?" She asked plopping down on her bed.
"First off, never down yourself worth to justify another's actions. You are just as stunning if not more, so yes she's jealous. And secondly, no, which is truly odd." He sighed sitting next to her. He turned his head to look at her as she stared off at nothing in particular. "Do you have plans this evening?" He asked.
Iris looked at him with skeptic eyes. "Nooo," She dragged the word. "Why?"
"I'd like for us to have dinner together. Just the two of us. Get to know one another, if you will. I know of a place that has a fantastic view and the most delicious of foods." He whispered pushing her hair slightly with his fingers.
